I went in Friday the 29th around 5pm to sample some perfumes and pick up my birthday gift. There were several associates chatting it up, a couple near the register and a few by the entrance. I wasn't greeted upon entering or asked if I needed help once. I was in the store for a good 10 minutes near the perfume and not one associate acknowledged me. I ended up really liking one fragrance and intended to buy it, but I felt like why should I bother? Clearly no one working there cared for my business. Left the store feeling pretty crummy, without my gift, or the fragrance.

I was extremely impressed with Nikki during a shopping stop at Sephora in Kohl’s Mentor this evening. She is the perfect representative for Sephora for several reasons. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful concerning the products. She was kind and patient. And, she is very attractive, with beautiful skin, hair, and smile. Thank you, Sephora, for having such a lovely cosmetic representative at the Mentor store!!!
