I'm sick of paying as much as we do, only to get basically nothing.
I purchased a club wrap and got four of the thinnest slices of meat (only ham and turkey..) and then a salad on top to make it appear full..
Literally no taste to this except the mound of lettuce.
All the food has been pretty crap lately. It's ridiculous.

Ive gotten food poisoning on more than one occasion from my visits here. Starting to lose faith in the Health and Safety Standards of this area.

Worst sheetz ever. Every time I come here they never have anything restocked and their walkways are extremely icy

This sheetz has gone downhill. Last 2 times getting milk shakes they didn't taste good. The fry cups were only half filled and the hotdogs tasted off. This used to be a top notch Sheetz. Whatever has changed, change it back!!!

This is by far the worst Sheetz location I’ve ever been to. If you place a curbside order, DO NOT count on getting what you ordered. They either don’t read the receipt, or they do and just aren’t paying attention but 9 times out of 10 my order is completely wrong. It’s not a good thing when you’re on a first name basis with one of the managers because of how frequently you have to call.

David the cashier and Diana the unprofessional “supervisor” with a blue curly wig lost you guys an every day paying customer tonight.

By far the worst sheetz I have ever been to. I have no idea who the manager is but please let me know if you need help. This is embarrassing.

Location is convenient is only reason for 3 stars and employees are very friendly..As for cleanliness, I've seen gas stations in the middle of Cleveland cleaner than this location.... EVERY SINGLE trash can by the pumps has been overflowing with trash for a couple days, to which tonight, it was in the parking lot.. Inside the store is " a little" better.. Always a problem with the soda machines, let alone, not very clean by them neither... Whether it's a lack of employees, lazy employees, or just poor management, I hope they clean it up ..

I love Sheetz but this one is awful. Ordered a grilled cheese, fries, and a milkshake. The shake was watered down with huge chunks of ice in it. I don't think it was even blended. Grilled cheese was burned and had very little sauce. Disappointed with this location.

This Sheetz has always been clean, stocked, and made to order items are done quickly. I've never had a bad experience with any employee there either, always friendly.
