incredibly slow, chit-chatting with customers instead of working

Walked in for a remote exchange. Last time I was there I was told not to sign in and wait in line. Just come to the counter. This time I was told to sign in and wait. I said I just need a remote. She said sign amd and they will call my name. They had to review my account. There were 6 people in line. Life is to short. Drove to Mayfield location. Was in and out, literally, in less than a minute. The guy was pleasant and friendly. Will never deal with Memtor again. I will drive the extra 10 minutes. We are shopping cell phone service next. It will be from Mayfield.
Typical response. It wasn't about wait time. It was about customer service or lack there of. All she had to was turn around and grab a remote like they did in Mayfield. Keep these garbage responses up and I will gladly go to streaming and not even consider Spectrum for cell service. The woman was rude and could not think outside of the box. She should train at Mayfield and learn real customer service skills. Been in sales for over 40 years. This was not service. This was blindly following a script. Quit hiring robots. Also quit responding with garbage AI responses. Long wait times my a$$.

Exchanged a remote. Ask if they had a direction on how to pair to TV. No was his answer. Told him I was having trouble with my phone. I was told it was old. He did not want to help me at all.

Was just dropping off a modem and router and the old lady at the front counter was so rude to me and didn’t even smile to greet me or even look me in the eyes while speaking to me.

Spectrum customer? Then you know.
Spectrum offers terrible service.. I Missed the end of the Eagles/commander game and I am missing entire chiefs/bills game now... Not first time they dropped Big games.... Or even the regular outages once a month for hours without even a damn storm. This is the Last straw as I am switching to another provider asap.....

Go here instead of calling. The people on the phone go in circles. At the store they give you a straight answer. The staff here take forever. An there should be a register just for returns. The wait times here are awful.

Didn’t have a pleasant experience for my dad to receive a cable box for a senior apartment that covers the bill. Although several other residents didn’t have an issue walking in obtaining one, we did. Spectrum should be diligent to go above and beyond for seniors in the community and not direct them to call a number, especially if they are in person at a store. I wouldn’t recommend Spectrum for any services due to this experience.

Cable is garbage!!! Just switched to them and the recording cut off end! The only way to fix it is to go to each recording and edit end time to 2 mins later! At$t wayy better!
