I have asked too take the house phone off and they don't I have being pay for the houes phone from day one I would like to be refunded on the houes for that i have asked too be removed but I have the houes phone I have been ask from day one list too the redirect and it is going too tell you I have been asked too take the house phone off.

Wifi is constantly disconnecting but thats not the problem...so i called and a tech is being sent out and spectrum sends me a text to track the driver it says hes 6 minutes away and hes on his was to my house... well that didnt happen he went and sat at his own house for an hour which his house is 10 minutes past my house and the dispatch office called me and said he was 10 minutes away which is exactly where hes been sitting for the last hour and he's not at an appointment because I'm the next appointment and on top of that the dispatcher told me he was on his way so all that leads me to believe he went and sat at his house instead of coming here early that's fine but don't tell me he's on his way here while he's sitting at his house

I purchased the mobile line over the phone but was having problem connecting my device to the network so I went into the store and was greeted by Tennilliee and couldn’t have had a better service. He handled my situation promptly and efficiently!

Bcuz I came into store for one thing"pickup" they were trying to talk me into getting a new phone and I'm a grown man employees should not be asking me to sell em my jewelry... Believe this I won't ever go back

This place is terrible, awful customer service, all the workers seem to hate their lives, slow as molasses. I’d rather spend Thanksgiving at the DMV then ever go here again.

Terrible service definitely not reliable.tgey tried to change my basic service up to $250 a month when they bought out Time Warner. I wrote in a letter never got a response. After I dropped cable service they repeatedly tried to get me to pick it back up offering the same things they refused before. Had to buy a booster for my house which regularly would change which Wi-Fi different things were connected too, often lost service, and was regularly slow. I called customer service a couple times zero help. Better service with Verizon, no booster needed for $20 a month instead of $70 with spectrum. Returned the stuff 3 weeks ago no confirmation they got the equipment waiting for them to try to screw me on that one next. I called they verified the account was closed but still can't verify they received the hardware back as the store hasn't bothered closing in the out yet. Terrible service. I was a customer all the way back through adelphia.

There are only two stores around my area. Ashtabula and mentor. That is why there stores are packed. Verizon has them in dozens of locations between them. They need more stores since they are supposed to be the LEADER IN THIS AREA OF COMMUNICATIONS as they say. They are also a huge cable provider. They simply need more stores in this are. Painesville or Madison would definitely help with this problem.
