Chelsea D Was my hairstylist!! Love the fresh cut I got done!!!! My hairstylist did an amazing job and for my first time getting a fade, taper look, she did great!!! Even the other stylist came off nice to both the guys she was helping. If I could rate this place 100 i would!!! Definitely worth the price and i didn’t wait too long. I will be returning to this location when I’m due for a haircut!!

I checked in online then when I came they say they don't see me in the system and I need to check in again and wouldn't even do it for you you have to work with their computers like a programmer and then wait even more! terrible experience

Stylists are always friendly and do a good job. Wait times are typically good and the facility is always clean.

The app stinks. Why even have it when you get in line only to get in line when you are at the store if I had an extra hour to wait I would do something else. Not once now. It several times.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN – COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE
I have never seen a business operate with such a lack of professionalism. My husband went in for a simple haircut after a long day at work, only to be completely butchered by someone who clearly had no training. No warning, no supervision—just an absolute disaster that he now has to hide under a hat for at least a month.
How does this place even stay open when they’re letting unqualified trainees experiment on paying customers? Is there any oversight? Any basic standards of service? Judging by what happened, I highly doubt it.
This isn’t just a bad haircut—it’s a sign of complete incompetence and negligence. If they don’t care about something as basic as haircuts, what else are they cutting corners on? Sanitation? Customer safety? I wouldn’t be surprised.
Save yourself the regret and avoid this place like the plague. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate.
