I came in to get an upgrade on my phone from a Revvl pro 6 and thought I was getting the jump option with me paying off my new phone as well and found out that I still have to pay for a phone I asked if they needed it back and the associate told me no and now I am stuck paying for phone that is garbage and I am not using.

They were nice but didn’t really care- sold me an expensive phone case and we put it on my phone and it fit the outside, but it held the power button down so I got home and realized it wasn’t the right one. I don’t think they stick a care for iPhone 13pro. Now I have to take it back and they aren’t open til 10. Plus, I didn’t have a phone case for my weekend trip because he said this one would work. :/

DO NOT GO HERE. Been waiting almost a hour. A gentlemen next to me asked the only person here if they were the only one working here. The man said no and didn’t seem to care at all about the wait. I left. Place is not worth my time.

Absolutely the best experience I ever had purchasing phones. The sales representative Megan was knowledgeable, professional, and just a very friendly person. She set me up with excatly what I went in there for and more! It was a breath of fresh air to find a younger person with such a strong work ethic. T-mobile is extremely lucky to have her. Thank you Megan, thank you T-mobile!!

Store guy named Chris refused to answer my questions saying "I'm not going to argue with you" when I was asking about differences between phones. He did not understand that I was really trying to make a choice that made sense for me. Stormed off st one point saying "I'll just get you this one". Guy needs a vacation or something.

This wasn't for me, customer service was outstanding, just I don't use the service nor would I so that's the reason for the soso, as for who I brought they had to order her screen protector and she seemed happy.

First of all, the staff is always very polite and friendly. My problem is with corporate! They now charged a $5 "convenience" fee if you go in there to pay your bill even if it's paid in cash!! The fee is $10 if you call 611 and talk to a live person to pay.

My husband and I went into this store to get him a new phone. We walked in, and there was someone helping all the customers. But when we walked in not one associate said hello . They didn't say we will be right with you. Instead we received stares and the chatter we heard when we entered stop. This had to be the worst experience ever. I have been a t-mobile customers for 18 years and have visited several stores and never experienced this before. Needless to say I will never go back to this location. I'll take my business to another location that treats all customers equally. This deserves no stars . And if that was possible I would have done so. 7/9/23 around 3pm . I'll give you a great example of what this experience was like . If you ever watched a movie or TV show and there is a bar scene. And the it's a white bar and black people walk in. This is exactly what happened. It made us feel like we didn't belong there.

T-Mobile customer service call center messed up my account bad. I had to walk in a store to fix the problem. Scott was a great great help. He recovered my account in a short time and gave me a very good deal. You saved my day. Thank you for your help Scott.

This is definitely the T-Mobile store location for our needs. Dan is our man!! We started w/ cellular services a couple of years ago then recently added internet. And we’re extremely pleased! Highly recommend & ask for Dan! He gets it done for you!!!
