They were polite and helpful when we upgraded our phones. Unfortunately, leaving a 1 star review as they added protection plans to each of our new phones WITHOUT ever asking for our permission or consent to do so. Thankfully I caught it before it added almost 40$ extra dollars to our monthly bill. For this deceptive practice, I'd avoid this location.

I usually don't like tmobile stores. This one is great however. The workers here are kind and try to help you unlike other stores. Ivan helped me and answered all my questions. I will be back to this location. Go here and not to the other mentor ave tmobile.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! I walked in at 7:20 and the store doesn't close until 8. An employee who was working with another customer greeted me and said there would be someone to help shortly. A girl named FANYANA came out from the back and stood there without approaching me and yelled across the store and asked what she could do for me while looking at her watch. I told her I wanted to upgrade my phone and she again checked her watch like I was somehow inconveniencing her. Her attitude was clear as day and the fact that she didn't even have the courtesy to approach me during this interaction made it very apparent that she had no desire to help me. I told her what phone I wanted and she turned around without saying anything else to me. When she came back out, she continued her unfriendly personality continued (how the hell does she even have a job here if she doesn't want to be nice!?) Once she pulled up my account she told me that I wasn't eligible to upgrade. I told her that wasn't possible because I was told in December that I was eligible and she just stared at me. I asked her how I could upgrade and she said with her nasty attitude, 'I don't know.' At this point I was done dealing with her level of unprofessional and told her that I was so sorry for bothering her and walked out. **UPDATE** I called T-Mobile and they informed me that FANYANA simply refused to help me because my upgrade was not commissionable. WOWWWWWW. Unbelievable. Her behavior was abhorrent and has no business being in customer service. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S****

I needed a new phone and a new tablet. Yuri listened to what I needed and figured out what would work best for me. I'm more than happy with the customer service, my new monthly service and the products I received. I left the store satisfied. Great experience

The manager Enrique Linares went above and beyond to help us. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He didn't have to do this, but he called another provider to help my mom. I didn't like the service from the manager at Metro Pcs in Eastlake. Enrique rocked and I really appreciated everything he did to help. He is a great manager.

People at the store were not very knowledgeable they were supposed to set up my account as a promotion that T-Mobile was running, come to find out from customer service that they did not do that, spent hours in the store, it was a very negative experience for us

Noah, Enrique, and Ashley were fantastic. Came in to get my phone looked at and inquire about a new plan. In and out in 5 minutes, and Noah got interested in switching from cable to T-Vision. Awesome!!!

They attempted to defraud me. They had a deal worth a $600 trade in and $50 up front. They tried to tell me the deal didn't exist and tried to charge me almost $200 in taxes and inflated the price of a screen protector. When I looked at it it was $40 yet at checkout almost $80. The salesman had the nerve to then tell me I should shop online if I wanted a better deal
