They’ll blow your engine make you wait 5 months after battling over 1500 difference then get your car back still messed up don’t go to any take 5 for any service. This is from a past take 5 shop manager.

The gentleman at this location were courteous and kind. They offered us fresh bottled water and serviced our car right away. I drove my car straight down to Georgia after receiving services here and had no problems getting on down the road. David and Nate were also very knowledgeable and answered all questions about my car. Would visit again for sure!

I am grateful to whoever serviced my car on 7/29/24. I received prompt and friendly service. Additionally, he made an observation with one of my tires and alerted me of the potential danger. I got home and could see the tire worn down to the steel and immediately got that fixed. As I travel the highway to work, my tire could have blown out. I hope he can be recognized, whoever he was, for his attention to detail. He was informative and kind. Thank you and a job well done at Take 5, Mentor Ave!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. They even offered bottled water... not only for me but also water & treats for my pup. I felt they did a thorough job looking over my vehicle and informing me of what it needed.

Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. They explained what they were doing and made thoughtful recommendations. No one tried to sell me something I didn’t need. And they gave me a bottle of water while I waited!
