I bought furniture 2 times from this company, everyone there was super nice, professional and not pushy. I told my 2 sisters , their friends and all now bought from here. They have high end furniture(Smith Brother's)and affordable furniture. I use it go to Wayside but this is my go to furniture store now!

I had been shopping for bedroom sets for a while, and after visiting nearly every furniture store in Northeast Ohio, The Cleveland Furniture store stood out as the only one that had a sets that I loved! Jason showed me around the store and helped me pick out a fantastic high-quality set!

Wife and I were greeted by Jason, on our arrival at The Cleveland Furniture Company.
He accompanied us around the store and pointed out features, Quality, and manufacturer of various sofas and recliners.
We purchased a sofa and two recliners ( all American made ) upon which Jason applied a generous discount.
Many items, in the store, are in - stock and ready for delivery. Our recliners were special order and took about six weeks to arrive.
The delivery personnel called ahead of time, unboxed the furniture, and set it up in the house.
They were very careful, friendly and personal.
I highly recommend The Cleveland Furniture Company and the staff !

We went to every furniture store in NE Ohio and even drove all the way to out to Akron looking for a sectional couch before we stopped into the Cleveland Furniture Company. I wish this would have been our first stop. Jason the owner greeted us and spent over an hour with us talking about what our needs vs. wants were. He even rearranged some of the showroom so that we could see what the furniture would look like in our own space. Delivery of the furniture was 72 hours and Jason even threw in an extended warranty. At no point did I feel pressured or mislead. I will be back for all of my furniture needs.

Worked with Jason, one of the owners at Cleveland Furniture and had an absolutely great experience. He was engaging and made the buying experience fun. We have waited MANY years to purchase an amish made kitchen table and chairs. Jason gave us a great price on the item and worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Still need to purchase living room end tables and will definitely go back there to purchase them.

Super experience! Very friendly sales staff, good pricing, and just overall customer focused. The sales person Nate was very patient and helpful through the process. Also, a big shout out to the delivery guys. Larry and his team were absolute pros. Highly recommend!

We bought a sectional in October. Salesperson Nate was very helpful during our visit. We paid over $3000 for the sectional. It came damaged. We reported it at delivery, called service multiple times. Now it’s over a month later we still haven’t heard back after multiple calls. In addition the layout of the sectional wasn’t what we ordered yet they argue it is. It’s ridiculous, like I don’t know what I ordered. In fact, I even have a text message from Nate sales person where I confirmed the way out the day after ordering it. Essentially, it seems this is a company that doesn’t take responsibility for damage merchandise incorrect order placement. I gave a two star rating instead one star rating because I did like our initial experience with Nate. Unfortunately, seems like once they get your money, they have no interest in following through.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought Furniture last November, which was supposed to be a durable couch as
described by the salesman. We have had nothing but problems with the couch. It was delivered in December of 2023 and by February 2024 was already showing signs of wear. My household consists of my husband and I. The couch is gently used. I called them because there was a 10 year guarantee on the furniture. I had nothing but problems with them coming out to replace the worn couch. They only fix pieces & parts and it takes them forever to get the pieces. The last straw was after waiting seven months for the cushions to be replaced. They sent the wrong ones. They are very hard to deal with, you always have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. I would never recommend or buy another piece of furniture from this place.

We went there to buy a recliner, the prices were so good bought a bed, sectional, and recliner, it's nice to deal with a honest business with no hard selling, they will help you not only get what you need but what you really want I will definitely buy from again

Warning: Watch out for Larry and Charlie. If they drop off your furniture, be prepared to defend you and your family. I called the police and was willing to take a polygraph test, but Nothing happened.
I sold my house in Mentor and left a quiet and safe city.
If it happens to you, I am willing to testify what happened to me.
