I was looking for backsplash tile and went to the Tile Shop. I was greeted by Aiden and he directed me to areas to look. He was very knowledgeable but not pressing and left me to browse on my own. He checked back several times and answered all my questions. The Tile Shop made my decision easy and comfortable! I highly recommend 👌

Stephen and his team were absolutely incredible throughout our bathroom renovation. From floor to ceiling, they helped my wife and me design our dream bathroom—guiding us through tile selection, patterns, layout, and color coordination with professionalism and deep knowledge.
Their expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and the final result far exceeded our expectations. Not only do we now have a stunning bathroom to enjoy every day, but we've also added significant value to our home.

I went in to the Tile shop to look for tile back splash for my newly remodeled Kitchen. A very knowledgeable young man Zack greeted me. I told him that I like traditional, and I wanted something timeless. He immediately took me to this stone tile and I loved it. Mind you I had already looked at the box stores, and two other stores and I didn't find anything that I liked. I didn't want trendy. This really put the finishing touch on this kitchen. Thank you Zack!!! 😊

A few years ago I bought some tiles from my bathroom that I thought were very beautiful and yes, they still are! I needed a replacement for just a couple of them and the people who helped me were super great. I very much appreciated their kindness! This store has a huge variety of gorgeous tiles if you're in the market.

Steven & Joel were exceptional! They helped us pick out all of the needed supplies & tiles for installation of our new backsplash. Without them, we would have taken forever finding everything. I own a Design - Build remodeling firm in Mentor where I have been a client of the Mentor Tile Shop for the better part of ten years. During that time, my designer and I have worked with a number of associates who have serviced my account. One associate stands heads and shoulders among all the rest. Her name is Julia Plungas. Beyond having solid product knowledge, savvy design perspective and a personality that is refreshingly authentic, she is a problem solver who rolls up her sleeves to mobilize resources and get things resolved on the rare occasion that problems pop up. She maintains an air of calm confidence while marshalling the resources of colleagues and other stores as needed to get us resolution in a timely fashion that leaves us feeling confident that our clients are in good hands with her. The Tile Shop is a better company with Julia on your team and by extension, so is mine.

Tile selection is out of my comfort zone, but Stephen Hovanec made the selection process simple and painless. He asked the right questions, knew the products, is a skilled designer, and he quickly provided a quote. Had I listened to him, I’d have been in/out in 10 minutes!! After thinking it over for a day, I ordered exactly what he suggested. His quote included grout, metal to hide side of tile, etc—I know I have all needed materials to complete the job, not JUST the tile. His professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail directly resulted in my purchase. Very happy customer!!!
