Kat has gone above and beyond from start to finish. I had planned to call multiple storage places and compare prices and features etc but Kat was so patient and knowledgable and helpful explaining everything to me, that I decided right then and there that I was sold and didnt want to store anywhere else! I came in and met her in person and she gave me a tour, then she was in touch from initial contact to the lease start and move in day, holding my hand the whole way. She is friendly and personable too! In terms of the business itself, the only 2 things I would suggest are:
1) create a smoother transition at the threshold because we had trouble with heavy carts getting over the bump. It should be a relatively easy fix.
2) always continue to accept cash. I understand every day that cash comes in, someone has to make a bank run. That said, you can limit cash days to the first few days of the month and just go to the bank twice a month.
I will always choose any business over another by the one who accepts cash.

Great manager at this location, very helpful! Previous managers were not nearly as customer oriented, if not downright rude. This past year has been awesome, he even took time to let us know when he'd be away on vacation, that's service?

I looked at a number of facilties. Storage Sense is very clean and secure. I don't have any concern about storing items there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rates are very reasonable.

Easy entrance, easy to find, good customer service.The place was clean and the units were very spacious and well maintained. The staff was informative, friendly and willing to help! Prices were more than manageable.

I'm a business person that books multiple units for short periods all over. The local managers make all the difference in the experience. Michael was great and made my experience really great.

Was super easy for me to rent a facility during hours the facility wasn't even open, sign all my documents and within minutes have my unit # and passcode to enter the facility. On arrival I went to my unit and there was a welcome packet hanging on the wall. Unit was clean and ready for my use. I have used this facility before and even though there is a storage facility closer to my home I chose to come back here. Staff was always friendly and efficient.

Very poor attention to detail. The store manager never answers the phone or calls back. I set up a move out date 10 days in advance. But the assistant manager moved me out 3 days before I scheduled my move out date. When I asked customer service why they did they. The response was the assistant manager was new and this is a good learning experience. Not even an apology.
