Certain categories of product it really excels at. Toys, blind boxes, action figures; candy, snacks, drinks; cheap makeup, jewelry, t-shirts.

Like you're not gonna get high quality all the time. But if you need something silly or for a specific purpose but don't want to spend a lot, you cannot do better than here.

“I go into Five Below in Chardon often, and I am always greeted so kindly and warmly. The store is always beautifully kept, and the folks who work there go above and beyond with customer service. I randomly witnessed something the other day: someone came in and was pretty rude and unnecessary about a situation that had nothing to do with the store's workers. The individual stocking shelves and then the manager couldn't have handled the situation more beautifully, with patience and kindness. I was really impressed by how professional and well they dealt with this situation. Whoever the manager or managers at this store are, they go above and beyond in customer service and problem-solving, as do all the other hard-working team members, which is really impressive considering how challenging working with the public can be, especially during the holiday season. Anytime I have ever asked for help or had to return something, whoever is there has been more than helpful, kind, and patient.”
