VIP installed a remote start/alarm system on my 2020 ram 2500. I could not be more happy with the system or with his work. It was quick and painless. He taught me how to connect the app with the system so I can check on my trucks current state from wherever and adjust as necessary. We love working with Chris!When the time comes we will have Chris do the audio in my truck as well when I'm ready to upgrade! I would not trust anyone else besides Chris with my truck to make these kind of upgrades. (I am picky)

They're horrible about responding to emails. Tried three times (once about upgrading car audio and twice about upgrading my HD audio) and have yet to receive ANY response.

Called before Christmas and asked of they could install a radio for my car so we made a appointment and when I called back today to ask what time the appointment was at they said it's not on file and they couldn't even install this radio for me.

once again 7 years later installed another remote start into wife's 2019 CRV and couldn't be happier, then added a 12" sub and JL amp install, wife is very happy! thanks guys!!
