Worst pharmacy ever. Lady had the nerve to ask if I really needed pain medication. After fighting cancer and 24 surgeries later, how dare she say something like that! She was the pharmacist too! The fact that Walgreens hires people like this amazes me.

Went today to store number #04317 upon arrival to the pharmacy drive through pharmacist Michelle did not speak or acknowledge me. I introduced myself and notified her I was dropping off a prescription. She did not respond I told her my address was listed wrong she rudely stated “ I just need the prescription”. Did not acknowledge what I had said and just took the prescription from me. I held out my license next so she could see my correct license. She did not take and simply ignored me. She then dismissed asked “ When you want to pick them up?”. I then asked when they will be available. She stated 30 minutes or less. I said thank you and left. Upon coming back to pick up my prescriptions no one was at the window so I pressed the call button which is used for this case. She came to the window and rudely and with a demeaning tone stated “you don’t need to press the call button we have a buzzer to know you are here”. But how would a customer know that and what is the point of the call button then? I then asked for a customer as my parents heard how rude she was being to me and I felt racially picked apart and offended. I had never experienced such a hostile and hateful person in my life especially while being in pain. I was nothing but respectful and was treated less than human. It was a disgraceful experience. Once a manager came over “Beatrice” she was also dismissive, rude and bored with my complaint. She excused the pharmacy behavior and was even worse. I will be reporting this cooperate and the news. This Walgreens pharmacy is racist, demeaning, and should never come in contact with customers. For those who can’t advocate for themselves I can only imagine their experience and feelings in a situation such as this. I will seek further assistance as I will tell everyone how you are treated at place for care and help. Completely disappointed in the care. Beatrice and Michelle should never be able to work in a position assisting customers, very hateful attitudes.

Worst customer service, except for a young man named Anthony, the cashier and who appears to be the manager are rude and lack of customer service skills. Anthony on the other hand was very helpful and went out his way to help me answer my questions and help me

Closed today 5/14 because pharmacist can’t come in to do their job. Have an emergency script called in last night to pick up today and can’t get it. This is really great service!

**The Pharmacist**I was in on January 15, 2023 and had the very best help from the pharmacist that night. She was so helpful and friendly. Took all the time to help me choose what was best OTC for me. I didn’t catch her name but I hope this is brought to to her attention

Went for a COVID booster shot. After 45 minutes watching the girl type whatever she was typing they gave me paperwork to sign which I already did online. Also paperwork had the wrong address. I finally asked for my card back and left. I will never go there again.

Had to transfer a prescription here from Painesville because their pharmacy is closed due to being understaffed. Staff was rude over the phone, arguing with me and asking me if I really need my meds today or if I can wait. I told her I needed them yesterday and she told me Painesville was open yesterday, to which I told her it definitely was not when I went well before closing. Why must you argue with a patient? Just fill my medication for crying out loud.

Overheard the manager guy in the pharmacy being extremely hostile towards one of his employees. Didn't exactly seem like the most pleasant guy to work for. Everyone else was fantastic.

Well stocked store with a great selection to choose from - everything from medication to toiletries to makeup and nearly everything in between. Helpful pharmacy and photo departments. Caryn is the sweetest- always puts a smile on my face! :) This location open earlier than others in the area!

The lady at the register was extremely rude to my fiance and I. My fiance wanted to buy a couple stuffed animals nd there was a limit 1 per person so I bought one so she could buy the other and the lady there got an attitude nd said 1 per household when we both have different addresses on our licenses. After I bought the one the lady looks at me and "GO. go. Go. Get out" so I walked out and waited for my fiance to buy hers and the lady got mad and told my fiance she couldn't buy it and my fiance told them no problem nd she would put it back if it was a big deal and they threatened to get their manager even tho the sign said "ONE per PERSON" thankfully there was some good people in line that argued back to the lady behind the counter and solved that whole mess. Apparently 1 extra stuffed animal would cost her her job.

With some prescriptions being critical or even life supporting, why place your prescriptions with Walgreens when you may not be able to retrieve them until after a weekend of closing?If Walgreens is short staffed they should shut down the store since these over the counter items can be picked up at other stores. All efforts should be made to keep the drive up pharmacy open at all costs since this is essential medicines that cannot be picked up somewhere else.When filling prescriptions take this into account and if necessary go somewhere else.

I was denied my booster today at your store because you had Pfizer and my original was Moderna. You said it was against guidance to mix. What guidance because it’s certainly not against CDC guidance. Booster vaccines are hard to get and you seriously denied me getting a booster from a vial that was already thawed and mixed and not against CDC guidance. Also your app let me schedule this appt knowing my original was Moderna. Do better.
