We had to sell my dad’s car after he passed away. We had different issues to correct: carfax had false info and we needed to change the name on the title through probate. Dorian at the Mentor branch was friendly, professional, honest and gave us helpful tips. He was like a friend that guided us over many visits. He didn’t lose patience with us and gave us a fair price on the car. We didn’t want to bother selling it on the open market to the public and he offered a great alternative. Once our issues were resolved it was an easy and fast process to leave the car and get a check! Thanks Dorian for all your help! Finally, we are done!

The experience was great. No high pressure or anything. I actually left after the first visit/offer because I thought maybe I’d do better on my own. I week later I went back because they really did offer the most for my RAV4. Dorian did a great job and was very personable. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell their car.
