“All the employees were very helpful despite being in a huge rush because of Black Friday, they offered help when I was confused looking for a specific item and when I couldn't find it. They were very sweet and kind and even price matched an item that was cheaper on their website, so I could buy it on the online value!”

“Went today to return something for my aunt that was ordered back in February and not eligible for return. Perfect condition unworn or touched shoes but my aunt had been online ordering hundreds of dollars worth of stuff while in the hospital undergoing treatments for brain cancer and we didn’t realize or know until May. So most everything is going to waste and now she’s out so much money because she did this while not in her right mind due to meds/treatment. The employee and manager were so helpful and understanding, very friendly despite me having a bit of trouble getting her email and info pulled up and technically being past the time for the return. It is so greatly appreciated that the manager was able to make an exception and let us return these and especially the patience and understanding they had. Store was clean, organized, and well stocked as far as I could see also. 10/10 store thank you so much!! Wish i got their names so i could call and let the corporation know how nice their staff is!”

“I have had several pieces tailored by Frank and Dominic. They have always been patient and the work has been excellent. You are not going to get your piece back overnight (well maybe if you really need it and ask), but you know, there are not 100 tailors down on Main Street. They are probably very busy. When it come time for a new suit of jacket, Terriaco's will be high on my list.”
