Credit card users for the self-service need to check their credit card statement or their debit cards statement 3 times I hit the shut off my total was between 8 and 8.50 and according to my text alerts all three times they charged my card 12.00. Do not waste your time 4 times no foaming Brush#2 Machine takes way too long when you switch from soap to rinse And when it does finally switch to rinse it's a mixture of light soap and water and it takes forever so basically $12 and some change later I finally get all the soap off my vehicle. And the vacuums are horrible even for free

When you really want a deep clean instead of a drive through car wash. The soap is plenty to get rid of your basic dirt and grime, and you can use a debit or credit card so no more having to add change or guess how much you need for a full wash. The water pressure is adequate for rinsing and removing spots.

Not good. Vacuum has no power.. wash part did not release any soap .two weeks ago. And today it would no take my money. Again vacuum no sucking power. ? DONT RECOMMEND

Well, if a spray and wash can make a 14 year old ford look good, I suppose the place ain't half bad. Although it would be nice to have a card reader or a way to get change for my card so I can get the amenities like towels or armoral. I don't carry change anymore. I mean the wash bay you can use a card why not the rest?

To the rather large community of lifted and upgraded truck and Jeep owners in the Mentor/Painesville area, do not go here!!!!! Honestly after what I have experienced, I wouldn't go here period. The management staff doesn't even know the capabilities of there locations correctly and they don't know a damn thing about cars. When you call to ask them a simple question like "what the largest tires you guys can fit in your wash?" it takes 3 of them to come up with an answer and then that answer doesn't even address the question correctly. Now after saying all of this I want it known that I've been washing both my vehicles at this location for months up until the point they began to turn me away. Both of which have 33x12.5 tires, (different rim sizes). So now all of the sudden my tires are too big??!! Basically not worth the hassle just go down to Outback right down the street no tire size restrictions at all and a 9' overhead clearance! Have a great day!

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Absolutely disgusting job performed for an outrageous price. Avoid any company owned by the wealthy Zapatelli family at ALL COSTS. Left our van smelling absolutely horrid and it lasted FOR WEEKS. Had to hire another service to re- shampoo the upholstery and buckets of dirty water came out. Zero customer service, zero quality. I cannot recommend this snake oil auto detailing center any less.The following photos were taken AFTER the car was cleaned and doesn't even account for the smell left behind.
