Bait and switch operation. Advertised a unit with boxes and a vehicle, only to be told that was actually for a parking space. Never seen carboard boxes stored outside in a parking space if you want to keep what's inside. Get away from here as fast as you can.

The two girls were very nice when I went out there for the first time. Went back the next day to rent my unit and Tori was awesome. She walked me through everything I needed to know and to do I had never rented a storage unit before would definitely recommend Advantage storage to friends and family.😊

I used these guys for a couple years and recommended to my daughter who has rented for a year. They will not work with her on one extra week with already charging a fortune because they had to go month to month while their house is being completed. They have called twice to try and negotiate but the woman who was not nice at all to my daughter said no because it’s against policy. You would think after having a renter for over a year that they would accommodate so they will refer someone as well. We live down the street so basically neighbors and this is how they want to treat people? I get policy but exceptions happen all the time or a new renter gets much better pricing. I hope the unit doesn’t rent for awhile and you realize you screwed up. If in need for self storage pick somewhere else as I won’t recommend them ever again.
I am happy to say that they made this right and I am happy they saw it was the right thing to do. I would recommend using them and we will in the future.

Tori helped us this past Saturday during a busy morning. She handled 3 customers coming in at once and did so efficiently! We were able to check out the unit before signing paperwork, it was empty, very clean, and even has a light on a timer. Tori was friendly, personable, and thorough with giving us any information we could need. We’re grateful to have a nearby storage unit and look forward to our time with Advantage. Thank you!

I had complained several times to management about there being mice in my unit. I was told there was nothing they could do. When I moved out there were several dead mice and mice dropping throughout the unit . I ended up throwing away bedding, a mattress , pouffs & several items. I mentioned to management about it & how much I threw away. I was told there was nothing they could do & there was no compensation for all that I had to throw away. I would definitely not recommend them or ever use them again .
