Had gotten a phone at another location and went in here to have my bill looked because it was not what I was told it would be. Instead of directing me to call customer service like previous location the manager pulled up my account and went over the additional charges that were added. He was able to get them squared away for me. Store started to get busy and he didnt rush me away. I know going forward this is the location I will be going to for all my future services. Thank you again.

The store manager was awesome. You could tell he had newer reps and he was super patient and made sure I was setup and all my stuff transferred from my old phone!

Julian is a POS that will LIE to you to make a sale! Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing! Don't believe him when he tells you something is free...oh, and if you try to get his Area Retail Sales Mgr number, he won't give it to you! Anyway, I got her number, her name is Brittany Abbot and I've texted her and left messages for her to call me back but "CRICKETS"! She's just as bad as Julian!
Worse mistake I ever made going into this location expecting to to get good customer service! smh...I'm just telling you MY experience with this bunch! Enter at you own risk!

I had a very positive experience with this company. The employees are very professional, and the atmosphere is nice. Mr. Julian was particularly helpful. He stayed with me after working hours to help resolve my problem. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Such a customer-oriented place. Thank you!

Went here to ask about my phones insurance, an error in my bill and international data information for when I go on vacations. The employee didn't want to help me because "he was worried I would give him a bad review based on my recent negative experience with AT&T and U break I fix". So instead he had me call an 800 number to be help WHILE IN THE STORE. This was at around 11am on 1/22/24 if anyone cares from AT&T. He also had a bunch of paperwork laid out all over the place that had customers personal information on it. Not at his work station, literally right where the demo phones were where as anyone could see it. So much so that my girlfriend easily took pictures as proof. Between this experience and the crap I had to go through using their 3rd party "U break I fix" to get my phone fixed I've about had enough of AT&T. The agent I did talk to on the phone was really helpful, but the employee at this store needs a talk from a manager or something.
Attached are the blurred (for the privacy of the customer" pics of the paperwork just out for anyone to see. I sure hope my personal information isn't laying around like this from so negligent employee. Who said "I can't get another negative review, I can't afford that". Well try being a better representative for the company that pays your bills instead of avoiding conflict. I don't know if AT&T employees get commission, but if so he missed out on that and got this negative review because the employee I talked to on the phone was so helpful I even upgraded my phone after he resolved my other questions and issues.

I had a great experience with Julian yesterday. I was having some issues with my phone, and he was able to correct these issues within five minutes. Julian and the other staff member that was there were both very personable and upbeat. The store was clean, and I had a very positive experience. I definitely recommend!

The representative at the store attempted to take advantage of me by silently adding an insurance plan to my device that I did not ask for. This was not ever communicated or shown in any part of the process of activating my device. Had I not checked my AT&T account after this, I would have been charged while the representative collected his commission. Save yourself the time and money by staying away from this location and stick to an actual AT&T store, not an "authorized retailer." There are other AT&T stores close to this one - go to those instead. If you do go here, check your account immediately after.
