“I wrote a bad review last week after receiving a sub par job from this company. Jason the owner reached out personally and completely redid the entire job. I must say it looks like a showroom car now. I just wish if the first job was done to this standard I wouldn’t have said anything and recommended this company for everyone. With that being said the way Jason cleaned my car this time was absolutely perfect i should have reached out to him first if you feel like his crew didn’t live up to this standard just get ahold of him personally and he will make it right. “Brian was the customer service representative who worked with me. He explained in detail the differences between the two types of tints I could use; ceramic versus smoke. He knew each detail and the answers to all my questions. Brian was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Adrian was the service technician who actually performed the work. He followed the detailed instructions, of which degree of tinting on each window, very well. When a very minor problem occurred, while checking over the car, both Brian and Adrian professionally and quickly repaired the problem according to the lifetime warranty. Brian explained to me all the necessary information about caring for the window tinting. My brother has used this Ziebart location on several occasions. They also have so many services such as different car washes, interior detail packages, exterior detail packages and head light lens cleaning process to remove fog from the lens.
