“Stopped in shortly before closing time-to open a business account which requires a ton of extra paperwork. While I travel extensively, I had the required papers on my end and Sandy went out of her way to get required documents from me /signatures while I was there and finished setup during next business hours.Great service here that I can’t get at the “big banks”.Been a U1 customer for 22+ years.”

“I see a few people gave 1-Star reviews. I'm not saying they were wrong, however, my experience has been different. I have always had a great experience. They have always had friendly staff. I will agree that they are a little slow but I blame that on the limited staff and pathetic wages often associated with being a bank teller. I have taken out two loans from this branch in particular and never had an issue. To be honest, any company associated with customer service is struggling in some fashion. Given these circumstances, this US Bank branch did fine. Andy.”
