“We recently took our 2012 Ridgeline to Maple Park Collision for body repairs that resulted from a rear end accident that did substantial damage to my bumper and both rear body panels. Our insurance company, Liberty Mutual, recommended out of town repair shops. After calling those shops and finding that their times for completing the job were two to three months out and that most were unwilling to take the time and effort to deal with our insurance company on repairs beyond their photo based assessments, we found Maple Park Collision’s excellent reviews on the app “Nextdoor”, and decided to check out their availability and willingness to work with Liberty Mutual on any additional costs that might arise. Within about three weeks the damages to our truck were flawlessly repaired, including damages that the photos did not show. Jason Grubb, as promised, had worked out the additional required repairs with our insurance company, even persuading them to replace the marred Honda emblem, all within the insurance company’s estimated price. Thanks to Jason for a job well done!”

“My husband's 2002 Firebird Firehawk is his baby! He was driving down a road with construction and there were man holes sticking almost half a foot above ground throughout. One of them hit the bottom of his door and tore it up along with the rocker panel. He was very upset! We were recommend Dealers Choice by a coworker and they were absolutely right! They did a fantastic job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. We couldn't even tell anything had happened!”

I will preface this by saying that I am a female. If you are a female, you know you have to worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to repair shops. I was nervous to find a good shop to diagnose and repair my 2018 Hyundai Sonata before our family vacation. After speaking with my SIL, she recommended New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. I called, explained the issue and they got me in quickly. My car was throwing a large emission leak code and had some RPM issues. They first recommended replacing the gas cap (and a severely past due oil change, I was 10k over), as this is a common issue of the code and my gas cap was in terrible condition (showed me the cracks in the rubber seal) and had a strong chance of resolving the issue. They told me if the light came back on, to call back immediately and they would complete a smoke test to determine where the leak was. Unfortunately I have the worst luck and the light did come back on a few days later. I called and they fit me in the same week even though they were booked solid. Within a few hours they called and let me know that they detected the leak and it was my purge valve. They got it replaced and I was back on the road the same day! They were fantastic to deal with! They took their time describing what the issues were and did not try to push any extra things on me. They drove me home the first day so I did not have to sit in the shop waiting. They generally made me feel so much more comfort with the entire process. And they were very fair with pricing as well! I was extremely nervous on the cost of all of this and I was pleasantly surprised when the actual bill came! I am so relieved to have my car back and repaired. I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks and we are planning on scheduling my husbands truck for some needed repairs!”
