They closed the branch. According to the Kroger manager I spoke with 5/3 closed ALL of the branches inside Kroger locations. That was about the only good thing I had to say about 5/3 (the convenience of being able to bank at the grocery, and especially during hours that normal branches aren't open. Very helpful to those of us who work during "banker's hours."I have 3 accounts with 5/3. I will be closing them as soon as I can get a day off so that I can visit one of their regular branches.They're a 5/3rd worse than the worst bank you've ever banked with!

Nothing but problems. I truly don't think they know what they're doing in there. At first, I thought "oh its not their fault, they just have a lot of technical difficulties" but then I realized they don't know what they're doing, AND they have a lot of technical difficulties. Also, their drive thru lines always take a really long time to get through.

Even though I don't know why I couldn't open a Momentum checking account online, I went into the branch today and set up my new account in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fifth third is the worst bank I’ve ever had. Toss any idea of overdraft protection out the window. I had an account dip a few cents below zero and within 3 days I had about 80$ in charges. Had to pay them $80 just to close the account. What’s a better way to make money than charging people more money when they don’t have any. I’d suggest any other bank besides 5/3. They also charge $11 a month just to have a business account. Like hey we see you’re trying to better yourself But we have a FEE for that! Whole experience with this bank was trash. Never switch banks due to what’s closer to you. Lesson learned.

The Bank Had the worst customer service literally took my bank card and would not give it back because it was from another bank then theres which is not there right to do to anyone

Everyone is so polite and ready to help you with your banking needs. I just love Fifth Third Bank.
