I currently have three accounts with 5/3, including a credit card. As of Monday or Tuesday I will have 0. Fifth Third corporate and Alex Rd branch manager: you can thank your teller, Randy, for this. There is absolutely no reason to treat someone the way Randy treated me, especially a long-time customer. At my job I would never dare speak to a customer the way Randy spoke to me. Ask him why. Ask the other tellers who were working late in the afternoon on Friday 5/20/22 ~4:45pm why. I'm sure they're already talking about it. I'm sorry Randy has a chip on his shoulder about working an entry level job at his advanced age, but that gives him no excuse or reason to treat customers in such a disrespectful and confrontational manner. If this is the caliber of employee that Fifth Third brings to the table then I no longer feel comfortable having Fifth Third as my bank.

Even though I don't know why I couldn't open a Momentum checking account online, I went into the branch today and set up my new account in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing but problems. I truly don't think they know what they're doing in there. At first, I thought "oh its not their fault, they just have a lot of technical difficulties" but then I realized they don't know what they're doing, AND they have a lot of technical difficulties. Also, their drive thru lines always take a really long time to get through.

I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is more than helpful and very friendly. When I needed a way to consolidate my credit card debt they were more than helpful and knowledgeable with what would be the best option for me. Highly recommend this Branch!

So I've banked with fifth third for a couple of years and have been very Happy. So today I went in to my neighborhood bank to open an account for my father who is disabled and in a nursing home and incapable of leaving . I have POA over all his accounts and manage his portfolio. So I sit down with a guy named "Dave" but that's not what the name on the markey said on his Desk?? I proceed to tell him the situation and would like to open a account for my father being that i was a very satisfied customer over the years. So Dave proceeds to tell me he can't open an account for my father even though I'm "POA" of all his Business. I said ok well can we add him to my Account ?? He looks at his computer and says nope. Remind you I have all the "POA" paper work in front of him and he still says " nope nothing I can do for your father " I asked why ? He said " It's Against protocol " No other bank I've shown "Power of attorney "paperwork to has a problem with opening an account for him as long as he Deposits the amount necessary to open a new account . "Dave " at fifth third Bank in west carrollton/ miamisburg is not to be Trusted. I went across the street to "US BANK " and had no problems opening a new account for my disabled father with our POA paperwork.

Old and useless, everyone that works here is very much older and unwilling to help. I've gone into this branch 3 seperate occasions, and miraculously they are unable to help ajd refer me to one of the other branchers, dont waste your time unless you are doing a deposit or withdrawal.
