“My husband died peacefully at Hospice of Dayton in Ohio. We had been staying with my daughter and her family in Franklin shortly after selling our home in Maryland.My daughter recommended Anderson Funeral Home to assist me because my husband wanted to be buried in Resurrection Cemetery back home.We came to Anderson, and right away I felt very comfortable with Greg and his staff. Greg explained that they would begin the process of preparing my husband for his service to be held back in Maryland. We picked out the casket, his clothes and then we were given the chance to see him one more time.Anderson then coordinated with Lee's Funeral Home the entire journey of getting my husband flown back to Maryland. They drove him to the airport and made sure he was aboard before they left. Lee Funeral Home picked him up at the airport for transport back to their business.Anderson Funeral Home did such a great job of preparing my husband that his family was able to view him before the service began.Greg and his staff were phenomenal in their care for my husband and made this difficult task seamless. In addition, they treated us as though my husband and I had lived in Franklin our entire life.I highly recommend Anderson Funeral for those in need of their services.”

“My grandpa Taylor passed away 2011 name Charles g Taylor the people at bakers was nothing but kind I have not one bad thing to say the lady who I don't think works there any more who tells people to touch the casket at the end of the graveyard came to my grandmas house gave my dad a recording of the funeral and told my dad that was the most unique funeral I ever seen done at the funeral she told my dad the way we done the funeral seemed like she knew him all her life and she never meet him. And then there was my mom's dad who passed in 2010 because my mom's dad was a fisherman his name was barry Barrett had laid out fishing bobbers to remember my mom's dad by the bakers family funeral is nothing but respectful caring I recommend bakers faster then any funeral home”
