The shaft on our teenage son’s driver split in half in the middle of his swing. This happened on Monday, June 30th. We took the driver to the store and asked for repair. We were told that they would contact the maker and request a replacement shaft. We inquired about a loaner program (because at his young age, he didn’t have a back up driver) but they do not offer such program. We were told that we would he contacted when the driver was fixed but that it could take a little longer than expected with the holiday on the 4th. It is now the 13th and no shaft and no call. All of the times I called to check on the status, no one wanted ti give me the time of day and only provided minimal information until I was fortunate enough to have Stan answer the phone. He went above and beyond in checking recent shipments, getting tracking numbers, tracking down the replacing, providing me with the tracking number and gave me an actual expected delivery date. I will say it again, the response to all of my other calls was: no, it’s not ready yet. Our son was very frustrated in not having a driver to play in two different tournaments, we were frustrated that a brand new driver broke on less than two months, and we were also frustrated that there was no loaner program and that our inquisitions were met with nonchalant and unsympathetic responses.
Stan was also wonderful when we first visited the store to get our son a new/bigger set of clubs. He took the time to analyze our son’s swing, give guidance and support in what size and type of clubs would likely last him through HighSchool. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when it came to use investing on new clubs for our son. If we need to purchase anything else from the store and/or wish to stop in and shop, I will likely call first to see if Stan is working, and then request HIS assistance when we get there. He is a GEM and VERY valuable to the store and company. I’m not sure his presence/importance can be put into words. To loose him would certainly be a loss of revenue and respect! You might want to keep ahold of him with two hands!

Just had a fitting done, I had a great experience and learned a lot, but now I can't blame my clubs for my bad shots so it is what it is. Great people that love golf and will not upsell you!
Update: absolutely loving my irons out on the course, the fitter listened to what I wanted in terms of feel. my hand and body pain are gone (graphite 105S MMT shaft by Mitsubishi, jpx 925 hot metal irons). I still struggle with misses to the right, but not anywhere near as severe. The game is just more fun now that I can play longer and I have the fitting I got here to thank for that (I couldn't play two consecutive days without hand pain, now I'm playing 3 with no pain). All around a great experience!

I had a great driver fitting today with Stan—he was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Not only did he get me fit in the correct club, shaft, and grip, but he also helped with my swing technique. I highly recommend Golf Exchange.

Best golf shop by far. Beat golf galaxy by a mile.Golf Exchange gave me more money for my Scotty Camron putter than golf galaxy and was able to get an odessey square to square zero torque putter for about half the price than golf galaxy offered. Golf exchange is now my go to golf store.

I had the pleasure of being fitted by Stan at the Austin Landing location, this is something I have wanted to do my whole life, and Stan made the experience even better than I thought it would be. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable and 100 percent honest. If you have the opportunity to get your clubs fitted, I could not recommend this location enough. Steve is great as well. Stan thank you for setting me on the path of getting my golf game back.

Could not recommend the Golf Exchange enough. Everyone has been incredibly kind. I’ve had two fittings here and both were great experiences. Recently Brian helped me change shafts for better results. Great place! And better service!

Great fitting experience. Very knowledgeable. They didn't push the newest or most expensive clubs. They worked with my swing and added great distance and accuracy. They gained a lifetime customer today.

Today was my first experience at Golf Exchange and I can’t recommend this store enough!!! Before we made it to the store- maps took us to the wrong place and when I called a super nice gentleman walked outside to help us locate the store- turned out to be Stan C. -who then helped us and showed the best customer service (plus super knowledgeable about golf!!). I know zero about golf and Stan couldn’t have been more helpful! My son went in thinking he needed certain things and Stan helped explain what he actually needed. An hour and a half later I have a happy teenager (which we all know is almost impossible!). Stan gave pointers, took tons of time and answered all his questions. We were only looking at used clubs and Stan treated us like we were super important still. We will definitely be back! Not to mention the simulators were awesome! Don’t overlook this store!

My Calloway driver head cracked took it to Stan at golf exchange he called Calloway they sent a whole new driver, shaft and all, got it in 4 days, unbelievable results and service

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Upgraded my antiquated 80's technology to a nice used set of clubs allowing me to learn and enjoy my time away from the office just a bit more. Will absolutely return for all my other golf related needs.
