I went the store today and test out extra stiff drivers, I met Marc an employee there. I can not tell you enough of how amazing he was! Biggest thing, he loves the game and he cares about the customers. Go in the store and ask for Marc he will take care of you

I was in Golf Galaxy today hoping to buy a new set of clubs. I went in with the anticipation of purchasing a full set of irons, driver, woods,putter and completely outfit a new bag. Needless to say, I planned on spending a pretty good amount of money. I walked around the store testing putters looking at drivers and even looking to see if they carried sets that would fit my daughter. I spent almost a hour walking around the store being completely ignored by all the staff. Keep in mind I was there on a weekday. The store had maybe 10 customers in total and enough employees to easily assist the customers they currently had. No only was I completely disregarded as a customer, the employees that looked my way would divert their attention to make it look like they had better things to do. A handful of the employees sat there playing with the putters rather than walk over and make an easy sale to someone who had already made up their mind to spend money in their store today. So after an hour of walking around every area of the store and getting zero help, I left. I won’t give my money to a business who doesn’t want it. I won’t recommend a company who allows their employees to overlook customers, and I won’t be returning.

I had a 1hr iron fitting with Stan and had a great experience. He and the rest of the team were very helpful and were able to provide me with club recommendations and helpful swing tips along the way.

Had a great experience here, got me in some new clubs that actually fit me, Mark in the fitting bay was awesome! He really knows the golf swing, knew what I was doing wrong wrong and it really helped !

Had a 7 iron repair. New shaft and grip. they called me to come pick up. when I arrived they had no idea where my club was. Lol. What?

Marc, Zach & Aaron constantly go above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of and leave with a wealth of knowledge about our game and clubs. Marc helped me with a fitting for a driver today and it was by far the most fun and insightful session I’ve ever had and gave me a new found love for the game! Can’t speak highly enough of the team!

This store has outdone itself! A fantastic space, interactive, and more choices in golf gear than I’ve ever seen in one place! Club fitting and I believe repairs as well.
This was the grand opening weekend! And a little bird told me they topped every Golf Galaxy in the US for sales!

Kolten was awesome. Very knowledgeable about Shaft and iron selection. He was very attentive, super helpful. We were able to find A club that works really well for me. I would recommend doing an iron fitting 10 out of 10 times with golf galaxy. Definitely will be coming again.

This place is a complete joke. I would pay 10x the price for a little bit of customer service. Never purchasing here again. Could go on and on and on about how poor the service and technology here is.
