🛑🛑 DO NOT ..I repeat DO NOT let the big girl touch your hair!! Her name is Emily (I’m pretty sure) she is RUDE, chopped my layers up and our “conversation” consisted of her complaining about her “co-workers” AND her boss!. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and terrible at cutting long hair and layers! NEVER AGAIN 🛑

I wish I would have caught the stylists’ name, my son and I came in around 40 minutes before closing after a horribly unacceptable haircut from the Franklin location. She did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning everything up and making sure he left looking respectable, and did so free of charge, to make up for the other stores inconvenience . Employees like this, that make sure their customers are happy, and taken care of, whether a regular or an on-the-fly inbound disaster, are worth their weight in gold. Again, I just wish I’d of caught her name, and had some spare cash for a tip (I’ll be making a special trip, totally deserves it!).

Specialties: Got a huge knot in my hair from a hospital stay and I couldn't get it out. Thought I was going to lose all my hair! So hair detangling is definitely a specialty there:)
Stylist: I feel horrible I can't remember her darn name rt now but I'm going to call and get it, then hit you all with an edited update!
She was amazing and her chair was the second on right. She's from Ohio originally and when I entered in tears she made sure I left with a HUGE smile on my face. I want to explicitly give my undying APPRECIATION to you my dear, you saved my life ... In more ways than you know know ?

The lady I dealt with was super friendly. She made me feel at ease while getting my hair cut. That always makes the experience better and less awkward. I would recommend this location to friends and family of mine.

All of the stylist are AWSOME at this location! I have never left unhappy, they are all so nice and helpful when I’ve had questions. Definitely recommend seeing any of them :)By the way I am Erin Doty not sure why my husband’s name is on here, he has no hair, hahaha

Great place to get a quick and well done haircut. Use the Great Clips app to check in before you even get in the car to go there to get in and out even quicker. I really haven't had any issues and recommend it.
