“I just spend 2 hours on the phone between Navia Benefits, CVS CareMark and Regence. I still cannot fill my prescriptions 2 full months and 3 premium payments into my retirement. Navia just passes the buck. ******* finally admitted that I did call on June 6th and inquired about my pharmacy benefits but then said because it was still in the "window" for my benefits to start, they did nothing but note my call.I'm very frustrated with this company and disappointed that King ****** contracts with such a substandard company”

They always say rate changes as their excuse but all the other major companies can reduce rates. Sorry State Farm, you just don't meet our needs any longer.”
