Took my wives vehicle in due to vehicle going into lower power mode. Paid $3000 for the vehicle to be fixed. Days later the vehicle started going back into low power mode. They stated this is a new problem and want over $300 more. I feel like something was missed or not handled right the first time. I would not recommend the service.

Totally disappointed With my experience at Jeff Schmitt miamisburg. Bought a new 2022 Silverado. Was sold the protection to cover my seats if they where damaged. They led me to believe that any damage would be covered and repaired properly. So when I needed to use the service I took truck in so they can take pictures and submit one month later still no word. I have called three times. Come to find out even if they do repair them it's a patch. Totally trash. Also sold me the paint protection leading me to believe they either used a ceramic coating or applied a protection. They did absolutely nothing. It's a scam. Stay away from this place. Will never give them my business again. Only new vehicle I've ever bought. And this dealership is a joke they care nothing about you after the sell. By the way wasn't this place in a class action lawsuit for the same crap?

A big shout out to the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group, Eric Soehner and his team at the Miamisburg location: Jamie, Tony, Cayte and the painters. They took care of everything. They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good. Can’t tell at all that anything had happened. A huge THANK YOU!Services: Painting

Avoid this place for service! We had an easy care warranty on our car and they "fixed" the trunk problem we were having where the trunk wouldn't open under the warranty. well the trunk stopped opening and when I took it in for servicing, the easy care package had expired. It was going to cost me $500 to fix the trunk problem that they should have already fixed, which was a "common problem" as told to me by the service worker. I ended up having a $245 bill for a problem is still not fixed. Not going to be getting our car serviced here any longer and hopefully this review saves you a similar problem. Think twice before agreeing to the easy care package too. It did not serve us well.

Had a great buying experience with Joey Devitt. No high pressure & very understanding of our needs and what we were comfortable with for a payment amount. I would definitely do business with them again!
