Bought a new Blazer. Bought extended warranty. Had electrical problems weekly. Was told to hire an attorney, by August, and file a lemon lawsuit. Funny how he was so nice and accommodating when trying to sell you an extended warranty and then turn on you after the deal is over.

I ask for a manager as soon as I walked in and never talked to one, someone else took it upon themselves to help us. We sat there for 4 hours with no results with a 4 year old. Told us he would call us by 6pm going on 2 days ago now. He took it upon himself to try and sell us his wife's car when we didn't ask nor did we want that type of car. The car at that wasn't even cleaned yet and still showed it to us. Dudes name was Brian, he messed up our paper work multiple times. I don't recommend going here for a car pick somewhere else.

Tony and nick in service do a great job communicating. The trucks never return needing the same thing redone. Fix everything in a timely manner.

Awful! I am truly disappointed in the management with Jeff Schmitt in Miamisburg. You would think that the manager, August, would be interested in maintaining relationships but unfortunately, it's not! He will misuse the terms of a contract for his own benefit and leave out important info that you need as the consumer. Both my parents have purchased every vehicle they have ever had from this exact car lot, my dad buys a new car every couple of years. My mom bought her previous vehicle and her new one a few months ago and from August personally! My dad took me there when I was 16 for my first car and later took my daughter when she turned 16. Over the last 50 years, my family and I have always enjoyed our time and experiences with Jeff Schmitt, but this last experience was just unbelievable how little the customer means. It's truly a shame how one person can ruin things that a company spent 50 years building. At least for the manager, I can say the customer is not the priority. Also, when I asked who I speak to above him, he responded, there is no one! It's me I am the manager here. It's just me (As if he doesn't have a boss, right?).

Great service, but I felt the repair bill was a lot more expensive than I expected. Based on my research of what they did. Show there were a few independent shops I could had went to. I prefer going to the dealership for service because of the security of my vehicle and the factory parts. Which I found out I can get the factory parts by ordering them myself through a third party or actual manufacturer.

My sales persons name was Brian Akers, and he did an excellent job of explaining things with the finance and purchasing I couldn’t avast for any more coming from him. He was very patient because I’m not very tech savvy so I moved to a pretty slow, but he was very very patient. Very nice gentleman.

Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet South was the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. They were so accommodating and stayed open late to assist my wife and I with the purchase of our vehicle. Joe Moorefield was a wonderful sales consultant and was pleasant to do business with. I’d happily buy another car from him. August Desaro was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us in every way he could when closing the deal. These two gentleman are just a small part in what makes this dealership excellent. They went above and beyond. Well done!

I received excellent service and assistance from everyone at the dealership. Tony was extremely helpful and really made me feel welcome there. Eddie in service is huge asset to the company as he is very professional and extremely thorough with his work. I appreicate all they have done for me!

Joey was the best! We had a bad experience at another dealership and were feeling defeated but he helped me get exactly what I wanted and never made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. I love my Trax! Thanks to Joey, I'll be recommending Jeff Schmitt to everyone I know.

I stopped to make an appointment to have my Colorado serviced at 2:45. Lauren said that she would check to see what was available. She reported there was an opening in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. The work was completed in a timely manner to my satisfaction. All employees were friendly and answered my questions. Lauren was very helpful.

Lauren in service recommended me to your dealership and introduced me to Brian in sales. He did a great job showing me around and Brian in finance did a great job making sure I understood the whole process. Very highly recommend and I will be back for another soon.

This was my 3rd visit for my initial problem. There were two repairs done, which did not correct the problem. The cost of the two repairs was over $1500.00. After the problem was not resolved I was told that there was a problem with my struts, which was an addition $1300.00. I then made a requested to speak with the manager. I was informed by the manager that the struts were not broken and they were oiled and the noise I was hearing had disappeared. The manager and myself road around in the car and the noise seemed to have disappeared and I was offered a free oil change.My problem is still not fully resolved and I am beginning to hear the noise again.One of the issues that was done I felt was just an appearance issue. It had been in its condition for over a year and I had no issues with it. However the service representative claimed it was becoming an issue because it was rubbing against my tire. That is the reason I had it repaired.When my car needs a repair I take it to the specialist. I've even have had my regular service maintenance done with the dealership, so that if there are any concerns it can be addressed before becoming a major issue. I expected that if there was a problem that it would be able to be resolved without a lot of guessing work, at my expense. No different than going to a doctor. I wouldn't expect that they would do a surgery and later say I'm sorry, we thought this would resolve your problem and now we must do something else.I do realize that my vehicle has over 170,000 miles on it and problems will occur. However, since I keep my maintenance up and always bring it in to the dealership, I felt that if there were any issues arousing it could be addressed without a lot of guess work.A free oil change does not make me happy, especially when I beginning to hear the sounds again.The manager did say that I could bring it back in and the would put oil on them again, when needed, but this is an inconvenience and I feel it still does not resolve the issue, because it is not normal.I am very disappointed and I expected a lot better service than I received.

Excellent service, bought me car from them,and had service done. The service guys are extremely helpful. And the sales people are awesome. And the parts people are eager to help anyway they can. Recommend for all car needs. See for yourself.

I have been here a couple times now and had good experiences both times. I had been experiencing a noise for awhile now and Hunter was able to get someone to drive with me to hear the noise and diagnose the problem for me. They are a very nice and helpful dealership!
