“Our customer service guy, was legit, he checked ring for inspection noticed some prongs needing repair after 8 years, was professional personable and did an awesome job. Closest Helzberg is Pittsburgh, but only added 30ish min longer going to Canton Ohio, so figured roadtrip. Very pleased with the overall service.”
“I tried to find a company that would laser my father's name onto a family Bible for a birthday gift. I stopped at two recommended laser services and called three other businesses that might do laser or embossing on the Bible with zero luck. I had even been told by one laser company that the end result would look bad. I was surprised how challenging it was to find a business in Dayton who offered this service.
I called OpenHaus Gifts and Engraving around 4:30pm on Monday, 16 February, President's Day, and the gentleman I spoke to not only said he could do it, but that the end result would look good. The bonus was that Openhaus didn't close until 6:00pm. I quickly drove to Openhaus. There was no wait. I was able to describe where I wanted my father's name, provided his full name, and got a text on Friday that the Bible was ready for pickup. The lasered name turned out better than I had expected! I was so pleased with the results and very impressed with the quality of service! I even bought two beautiful plants from their store! I highly recommend!”
“What do you call it? Timepiece, wristwatch, watch, or timekeeper. No matter what you call it, if it’s broken and you need it repaired, bring it here!! I had a older Invicta Diving watch that two of the small hands fell off. The battery was corroded inside and I thought the watch was doomed. It was a gift from many years ago. I set it aside because I was long term wearing that watch with the fruit name. When I saw the damage the watch had, I searched a few places around town and was told, “we don’t do repairs”, or “we just wont touch it!”
Royal Time, man, not only did he repair my watch, he did it before I needed to go on a vacation. He even gave me some history about my particular watch. He is professional, very good on communication, and the prices are well worth the service he provides. Highly recommended.”
