Shame on Kroger. They raised a 12 pack to 9.99$ as if 8.99 wasn’t enough…greedy for the Super Bowl greedy towards the American People.

Grocery shopping is just not all that.

In-store pickups are fine, but don't count on the online pickups. They constantly state they don't have things in stock, failing to fulfill your order - before walking inside and finding the product.

When they first open is was a smaller store now every aisle is crammed with products trying to turn it into a marketplace. Don’t get me started on the pharmacy, AVOID, terrible customer service!

The condition and filth in the restrooms is a source of real concern as to how food is handled at this location. Shoes sticking to the floor, literal black grime and filth indicating no cleaning in a long long time everywhere, no soap in the dispensers, etc. How are employees washing hands??

Come here if you'd like moldy produce, expired milk or long pharmacy times!

I have exclusively shopped at Kroger for most of my adult life. I have been so disappointed for the past year to 18 months. Moldy produce, expired milk, expired yogurt consistently on the shelves…lots of items out of stock and also the check out has become so irritating. There are only 1-2 lanes ever open so you are forced to use self check out. I don’t mind typically but the space is so limited so you have to constantly call over a worker to address the “help is on the way” errors that happen so often because you have to place every item on the tiny surfaces.

The worst Kroger in the area. I only reason I have to come because it is closer than the other ones. Always, they have problems keep things available specially vegetables. They have poor management and organization. Cleaning is another issue.

Just my experience, but I'd rather drive 30 minutes to a kroger than to shop this location. Rude staff, empty shelves, they take your cart while you're in the aisle, then act like it's your fault because you weren't at your cart. No thanks. I'll shop at Aldi rather than shop here again. I've never encountered such complacency and rudeness. It's like it's just expected that you'll except it. Except one less customer is all I can say. I've had enough. Please offer the retail space to a grocery chain that will put their customer first, and sell. If you don't want to be here... leave!! Stop taking our space.

My family has been shopping at Kroger for over 30 years and have had mostly positive experiences with the company. However, a few weeks ago we purchased a $200 Amazon gift card only to find out someone else had already redeemed it. Kroger was quick to say it was not their problem and that we had to take it up with Amazon. Amazon gave us the same story saying there was nothing they could do and we would have to take it up with Kroger. When I called back to Kroger I spoke with 3 different people before finally convincing them I needed to speak to a manager. Everyone before the manager basically said there was nothing that could be done and that you just have to eat the $200 so just accept that. The manager I was put in touch with was Gregory Milner. He seemed genuine and eager to help, but it turned out he was just telling me what I wanted to hear and really had no interest in helping at all. He promised to elevate the case, but seemingly never did since nobody followed up with me. He promised an update, but never did that either.Bottom line, DO NOT buy gift cards from Kroger unless you want extreme disappointment and no money back if things go wrong. They will not help you, they have no interest in taking care of your concerns, and definitely are very deceptive on the sales of these cards. They do not tell you that you will eat the money if the card does not work even if it is not your fault someone else already redeemed the card.I plan to contact Kroger corporate next and get the BBB involved next. I have no faith Kroger will make it right, but what they are doing to their customers is wrong and they should not have a customer service department if they are not interested in helping customers. This experience will be lasting for me and rest assured I will remember this. I will plan on shopping elsewhere in the future. I want to make sure as many people as possible have this information so they do not have to endure the same pain that we have had to.
