Was a wonderful and very cute experience. My boyfriend and I got to meet some adorable puppies, with the help of Sam! She talked with us about the puppies, what to expect, and overall we had a great conversation. Sam was knowledgeable about her job and it shows how much she cared for the puppies!! Definitely happy with our trip!! Thank you!!!!

Extremely friendly group of people! Love that they care so much about the animals. I didn't feel rushed at all. They answered all of my questions. Taylor was the one who helped me. Ask for her if you go! It is apparent she loves the animals like I do! Very helpful. Thank you again!

My daughter and I came in yesterday to look at dogs. The staff member who worked with us was extremely aggressive and rude in trying to sell us a dog. I literally told her I could not get the dog and she said " I hear that you can't get the dog but your not telling me why?" I will never come back to this store. Unbelievable!!
