I brought my son’s car to Take 5 Oil Change today for an oil change and had an outstanding experience. I was lucky enough to meet the district manager, Jessi, along with Zach on the team, and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Jessi went above and beyond by letting me know that anytime between now and March 10th, or until my son hits 96,785 miles, he can stop back in for tire air, washer fluid, oil top offs, or coolant top offs at no charge. That is next-level customer service.
This location is truly customer service oriented, and I’m genuinely glad I decided to stop in today. If you need a quick, efficient oil change from people you can trust, I highly recommend this Take 5 location on State Route 741 right in front of Lowe’s.

I originally gave a bad review with one star because a male employee knowingly put 5w-20 oil instead of 0w-20 in my new Kia Sportage. Shortly after that review, I received a very polite response asking me to call for assistance in the matter. When I called, I spoke with a customer representative for the company who was very helpful in making sure that the problem would be resolved and that the right grade of oil would be replaced at no charge.
So, upon returning to this location I was greeted by employee Odyssey, who was very professional, polite, courteous, and apologetic that the mistake had been made by another employee. Odyssey made sure that the correct oil was replaced in my vehicle and had me on my way in a short amount of time. She handled the situation like a real boss and I could tell that she really cared about her job and taking care of customers. Thank you Odyssey.

Excellent and fast service! I'm a busy mom and my goodness they were quick, professional, and kind. I was offered bottled water as I waited in my car. I loved seeing women working here too! Amazing place and I would definitely recommend.

Not good service today, I always take my vehicles here so I know what to expect. There were only 2 employees working, one in each bay, and it took me two hours to be completed and I was the second car in line.

I visited the take 5 in Miamisburg Ohio. The cost was $84 + 10 for extra quart $94 I gave the attendant $20 coupon and I still ended up paying $87 . The service was excellent but I just didn’t get it. I was running late for work and didn’t have time to argue about the bill..
