We stopped here on our way through for one night. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was very clean and comfortable and they allowed us to stay with our dog. So grateful to have found this place and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in the area to take advantage of all the nearby shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great nights rest during our road trip!Noteworthy details: We loved the full size coffee pot and refrigerator. They also left a complimentary popcorn with some other items which was appreciated after our long day!

We have stayed at other staybridge locations and this was the worst experience we have had. They’re doing construction, hallways are half spackled and painted, our bathroom ceiling had an actual hole in it above the shower and things were half done.Breakfast was almost empty at 9am (stops ar 10am).I paid in total $200 for my one night stay, the highest I’ve paid at a staybridge. Yet had the worst experience. If a hotel is doing remodeling they should either discount the rooms or close off the floor until done.I booked through Priceline so a refund is to difficult but I absolutely will not recommend it stay in this location again.Truly a disappointment to the staybridge and IHG name.

This is a nice hotel, located very close to shopping and good places to eat. The floor we stayed on was being prepared for new paint on the walls, so the place is being kept up. Salt water pool and a small, quiet gym, both in service.

Ive lived here for a week on 2 separate occasions for work and am booking a 3rd soon. This hotel both times was very clean and the shower was hot. First room I had water pressure was a bit low but it was great in my 2nd room. The beds are good but the pillows are prisoner quality so BYOP. The staff has always left me alone which is exactly how it should be. Housekeeping is by request so you shouldnt have unwelcome barging into your room but you should still be smart and engage your fold out lock on the door while sleeping. The room has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Free laundry is provided and the free fitness center is decent. Idk about price because I didnt pay for it but the location of this place is ideal. This hotel also has free beer and snacks Monday through Wednesday evening and a complimentary breakfast that goes beyond cereal. All in all you can check into here and not stress about it, so long as you bring a pillow.

The rooms are ok. Well decorated, the TV is a small LG, but it swivels between the couch and bed, which is nice. Outlets and nightstands on both sides of the bed with nice small lamps scattered around the room.My issue is the bathroom. It is small, and it wasn't visible on the website. The bathroom was the size of a broom closet. There is one light, ours went out which really highlighted how poorly planned it was. The toilet narrowly is outside of the path of the door, the toilet paper roll is next to the door and rolls a bit of sheet out when the door is used. The shower has a glass sliding door that derails itself when used.I think the source of the issues was just the design of a few areas. Floor plan of the room, the lobby having smooth tile leading to them being very slippery. The path to the elevator condensing from open spaces to a 3ft wide area thanks for a poorly placed fireplace. Hallways are also not in straight lines. The hotel got so much of it right but had a bunch of small frusterating things. The parking situation was also annoying as the hotel is crammed into a shopping center with streets and parking lots intertwined

Housekeeping tried opening the door and almost walked in on me just after 9am without knocking. If the door wasn’t latched who knows what they could have seen. I called and told the front desk. I’m pretty that this has happened at this location before because I stay in these hotels often work work. I am now leaving reviews to avoid these places in the future or to at least see if this is a reoccurring theme among other guests. I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Despite that….why wouldn’t you knock? It was barely after 9am.

My second time here. Excellent fitness center. Comfortable beds. Clean. Got great sleep. Appreciated the healthy options at the breakfast bar. The evening social on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings is a nice touch. Located in walking distance to restaurants, stores and a theater. Easy access to interstate. Recommended!

Check in is at 3, yet our room was not “cleaned” until 4:30 so we couldn’t get in. Broken glass was in the pool so our kids couldn’t swim. When we did get in the room, the microwave didn’t work. Our last straw was finding a massive trail of ants in one of the bedrooms. Manager did not offer to comp any portion of our stay after any of this. We left and went to another hotel- we won’t be coming back.

Stayed for a week and enjoyed the entire time. The kitchen provides essentials if you want to cook basic meals. If you prefer to eat out there are tons of places within walking distance, including a grocery store. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I reported what I thought was a light out, and they came while I was out to repair the issue (I was using the wrong light switch, oops.) Breakfast is you average hotel fair (egg product, waffles, boiled eggs, bagels, etc). They do have a happy hour Mon-Wed with hor douvers in the lobby which was nice. I will definitely stay again. Photo is this morning's sunrise from my window.Walkability: So many restaurant and stores within walking distance.

Overall it’s a good hotel with just a couple negatives. However Nothing so bad that it would keep me from returning. The location is perfect for visiting Dayton and Cincinnati, like almost in the middle of both cities and right off the highway. There’s lots of food options in the immediate area, some within walking distance. There’s no highway or road noise as it is just far enough away from the roads that you can’t hear traffic. However, like any newer hotels, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear all of the movement in the adjacent rooms and hallways. The bed was pretty comfortable and the couch in the room wasn’t bad either. We’ve stayed in some hotels where the furniture in the room was so uncomfortable it was unusable. The staff were nice, but not very attentive. We had to ask repeatedly for things that we shouldn’t have to ask for. Since hotels no longer send housekeepers every day, you tend to run out of coffee and toilet paper. You then have to beg the front desk for it every other day. They have a nice breakfast area and they do a neat thing several times a week where they serve drinks and appetizers. Overall, it was a decent stay.

This hotel provided one of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever had. They were extremely accommodating with our infant baby and provided us a nice crib to use for the weekend. Our room was super comfortable, the amenities were great, breakfast was decent, and the staff were extremely helpful. The front desk concierge, Derrick, was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The convenience of having restaurants and necessities within walking distance was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Honestly not sure about this place. Nice enough rooms. Relatively new and attractive property. Check in wasn't great. The woman holding my PASSPORT asked repeatedly for my name and how to spell it. Uh...can't help you more than that document you have IN YOUR HANDS. My rewards level guarantees late checkout. But wait, I'll have to inquire at the desk in the morning. Okay. I'm happy to make this my responsibility after inquiring during check in. I was assigned a room which hadn't been cleaned yet. Location is very accessible and lots of conveniences nearby or even within walking distance. Not a rookie traveler. Seen worse, but seen a whole lot better most of the time.
