horrible customer service. i bought a brand new vehicle and they can't be bothered to answer my email less than two months later in regards to my car. sent to voicemails unless you act like you're going to be buying a vehicle. they forgot to take my deposit out of my account to reserve my vehicle after giving my card info. did not inform me my car was going to be over a month after the estimated time of arrival. you would think they'd be a tad more responsive given that i put 20K down on a vehicle, but nothing like having to beg for a response from a guy who made commission off the vehicle, and is the internet sales manager. However, i will say the finance department guy was very nice and helpful.

I have received great service from Walker Toyota, especially when it comes to ordering a new car. It took two months to get the car I wanted (from Japan) but it was worth the wait. My salesman, Avery, was extremely patient and knowledgeable, especially when it came to teaching me all the many new features. They seemed overwhelming, but I was glad to be able to contact him later with questions. Very positive experience

The service writer told my son he's voided his power train warranty because the truck he has just purchased had an 'aftermarket oil filter' installed on it. That's after he'd watched these morons spill oil all over his two year old truck. Ridiculous! This was an even worse experience than most dealer service. It's too bad I don't own the truck myself. Now I can't call Toyota to relate the pathetic Walker Auto experience. Go anywhere else but Walker.

I have been going to this dealership to get my 2018 Hybrid Camry serviced on since I moved here in July 2020. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I mostly just get routine maintenance on my car but if I had a problem with my car, I would not hesitate reaching out to them. The lounge waiting area is kind of small and there aren't many amenities like some Toyota dealerships. However, it is a comfortable lounge area but small (and it can get crowded). They do have a coffee maker and used to offer free bottled water. But as of today, May 31, 2023, only the coffee machine remains and a few vending machines. Scheduling online is relatively easy but they do book up pretty quick. I wish they offered service on Saturdays. That would make it a lot more convenient since people are usually busy during the weekday. However, the service is very good and I will continue to go there.

Very unresponsive. Never returned voice message left during open. Called several more times, rang rang rang. Vm. Called again and was transferred to vm.

We came in with a pre-qualification and told them NOT to run our credit score... they still did and we have 4 hard hits!! Also, the salesperson explained nothing about the car or features until I learned through YouTube about all the cool features I was missing out on a year later. We went to Beechmont Toyota for another Toyota and worked with David Roth... He spent over an hour explaining all the features and really went into detail.. I would definitely drive out of my way again to go see Dave again.
