Have been with them for decades but finally the mistakes are unbearable. The branch on Springboro Pike is a train wreck. Always making mistakes when doing CD's or money market accounts. Have to go back and try and get things fixed over and over again.Update: Just went back into the branch and tried to get the issues fixed. The teller named Michelle treat ed me like I was and idiot and all the issues were mine. Kept me standing there for 5 minutes and then finally looks up from her screen and says our manager will look into it. She nor I ever spoke with her manager. I just want all my money out of this place. Horrible!

Stopped in shortly before closing time-to open a business account which requires a ton of extra paperwork. While I travel extensively, I had the required papers on my end and Sandy went out of her way to get required documents from me /signatures while I was there and finished setup during next business hours.Great service here that I can’t get at the “big banks”.Been a U1 customer for 22+ years.

Brittany is the best bank teller ever , this place is the only place I will ever go to do my financial business. Anyone that doesn't like Brittany must be mentally struggling . Universal 1 for life !!!!!

Brittney is by far the rudest teller I have ever met in my life. Universal one has repeadetly made mistakes for the past 5 years. Brittney just sealed the deal with her attitude. Do not choose this company to do your banking. You will regret it.
