A decent office overall. Unfortunately funding likely suffers due to the constant effort of this country to privatize every public service. That being said, improvements can definitely be made. This can range from more staffing so that the lunch hour doesn't have a line all the way to the door to keeping better track of packages. Despite this, my experience here has been mostly positive!

The Miamisburg branch is always going above & beyond for me! Matt is exceptional! Hattie- exceptional! Bryan my mail carrier- EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE RAIN HAIL SLEET SNOW! These guys are great and should be praised for the exceptional customer service they give their customers. Thank you for making customers feel like they matter in a time when most business's act like that is a thing of the past!

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 day priority boxes ..7 of them. Sent at the post office 8 days ago and still aren't to their destinations. Almost $200 in shipping with boxes scattered west and sitting somewhere! Absolutely ridiculous!

Very biased place. After they terminated my spouse literally based on religion (termination reason was literally listed on form due to religion) we have to fight to get mail. She cant send any outgoing mail with her name on it because it disappears, so we have to use pseudo names to ensure mail goes out. Incoming mail is a battle, they withhold important documents for days although I report daily on the USPS site item not received, this only happens to items with her name on them. Items with my name always show and items with tenants from 10 years ago still shows up without an issue. Now this all has occurred since hiring the new post master last October.

This location needs to be investigated every single time I take my mail here, to this specific location my mail is never delivered. And the only thing I mail is my rent money because I have to. I received an eviction notice after depending on them to simply do their job. Also a older white, lady with short, blonde hair. "Turned in" my mail for me before and my rent WAS NEVER RECEIVED. I called and reported it and did they investigate ? Nope, they instead told me that my mail may have been ripped up in a "million pieces ". If you have no choice but to mail your rent don't put your trust in them to do their job because they won't do even that.

I was unaware that the mail carrier isn’t required to pickup outgoing mail from homes. It is just a courtesy and not their job, they are only required to deliver.

The delivery carrier actually tried to lie and say that he rang our doorbell and knocked on the door. We have a Blink doorbell camera, which showed no action by the carrier beyond him walking up, stuffing the delivery attempt notice into the mailbox, then walking away quickly. I had to chase him down across the street and confront him about the lack of a serious attempt, otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday to have them hold the package at the post office to get it. This is not the first time in recent months that this has happened. It happens anytime there is a package that requires a signature. There is literally no reason for it to happen, as two of us work from home and there is at least one of us here all hours of the day. I would give 0-Stars if it were an option.
