What started as the most easy-going and straightforward car-buying experience quickly degraded into my personal nightmare. I was thrilled off the bat. They had found my dream car. My Hybrid Highlander Platinum that no one else in the US had. However, I am now 2 months out from having bought my vehicle, which is still unregistered as I cannot title it in the state where I reside. My husband is active duty military and we are not Ohio residents. I was completely transparent with the salesperson when I called and asked if they were open to titling in another state. They asked the manager and said that wouldn't be a problem. They were super hung up on my husband's credit when we bought the car (despite having put all the credit info in online previously). Even though he has a significantly higher credit score than me, and said they would sell me the car alone but couldn't put him on it. This whole debacle dragged the process out for over an hour. Whatever, car buying, amiright. So we agreed to just put it in my name. When we go to finance, he cannot seem to figure out what papers to fill out and where. He fills out all the addresses wrong, and when I tell him I'm not titling in Ohio, he tells me oh, he'll do it his way; we'll do some memorandum title and just state to state it, and it'll be easy. It is NOT easy. We may be Idaho residents, but we are on orders to Indiana. I was clear on that and left them a defined mailing address. They sent my title and all my paperwork to Idaho. I have no in-hand title. Indiana State troopers, when they ran my vin a month into this (as a favor), couldn't even find the Ohio title, and I had to call the dealership and make them provide proof of title AS I STILL HADN'T RECEIVED MY TITLE since they sent it to the wrong place. Oh, and they didn't bother putting a name on the envelope, so mail forwarding didn't send it to us in Indiana. And their solution of a state-to-state transfer? Well, they put Indiana as my residence so it has been weeks of trying to convince Toyota Financial that they aren't looking for an Indiana title and then not to send it to Indiana and that they are sending it from Ohio to Idaho. Still not sure if Toyota Financial has actually sent it. Overall, cannot recommend buying from these guys. It has turned this whole thing into a daily battle I fight, and it's all because finance and their title dept couldn't be bothered to do the job they promised.

Walker Toyota Body Shop is very customer oriented. This is not the first time they did repairs for me and I have never had any disappointments. I was rear ended by DUI driver, damaged my vehicle and I was worried my 22 RAV4 will never look the same. Amazingly my vehicle looked like the day I bought it. The body shop was busy with backlog of cars to work on but they squeezed me in. I am so glad I chose Walker Toyota for all my services. Walker Toyota means Business, Quality and Customer Satisfaction. I highly recommend anyone to choose Walker Toyota for any future services you need. Walker Toyota is the Best.

I enjoyed working with my service writer who kept me informed of the status of the diagnosis. I was shown the problem with a wire under the hood that had been chewed by a rodent, but was skeptical when told the repair would take 3-4 hours. Because it was near the end of the work day, I had to return the next day to pickup the car.The bill was just over $500. This was a surprise since according to the invoice the only work done was a wire repair - no parts. Although I am not a professional mechanic, it’s hard to understand how moving a plastic engine shroud and fixing the clearly visible small single conductor wire could have taken more than an hour of labor to complete.So, my overall experience with the Walker service department was pretty good. The staff I met were friendly. However, I have had enough experience with maintaining and repairing cars to honestly judge that the cost of the repair was unreasonable.Unfortunately, that has left me doubtful about returning to Walker to service my RAV4, or to purchase my next new car.

I'm a long time customer of Walker Toyota. I'm still driving my 2003 Tacoma with 312,000 that I purchased from them new 20 years ago. We also own a 2015 RAV4 that we purchased new from them. Their Service team, Josh, Dawn and John Moss, are knowledgeable and always have superior communication and customer service. It's time to retire my road warrior Taco and get a new one. I'm looking forward to working with the Sales team. I highly recommend Walker and they truly treat you like family. Thanks!

This dealership has always been top notch. I have gone through them many times for purchases and services, and the customer service has been top notch. There is a dealership much closer to me, but I deliberately make the drive to Walker because I’ve always been treated so well. And I plan to continue business there, for whatever that is.

Had a great experience having my Corolla serviced this week. My Service Advisor, Josh, was extremely helpful and patient, despite my being unprepared for my appointment. He even helped me get the car seat out of my car to transfer to the loaner vehicle. From start to finish, everyone gave top notch service and communication. Thank you!

My family has car shopped at Walker Toyota for most of our cars. We have always had amazing service. I am a first time car buyer and Sonny was amazing in the entire process. He kept me updated throughout the entire process of ordering my car, dates changing, etc. He was absolutely amazing. We will continue using this Walker Toyota!

I have received great service from Walker Toyota, especially when it comes to ordering a new car. It took two months to get the car I wanted (from Japan) but it was worth the wait. My salesman, Avery, was extremely patient and knowledgeable, especially when it came to teaching me all the many new features. They seemed overwhelming, but I was glad to be able to contact him later with questions. Very positive experience

I bought a beautiful 2020 Toyota Highlander last night and my salesman, Randy Kepperling was amazing! It's very intimidating being a female trying to purchase a vehicle at a car lot. Many times Ive been ignored when I go but Randy was very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He's the best!!! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and honestly I was left feeling disappointed. Ben helped me find the car, and I have no complaints about him. He was very helpful and did a good job walking me through the process. If my experience ended with Ben it would be five stars. The reason I am giving the dealership two stars is because they signed me up for the loan through the wrong bank. I have the money for the initial down payment and subsequent payments, but since I don't have a credit card my parents came to cosign and help with the loan. We wanted to do the loan through the bank we normally use, and at first we were signed up with that bank. However, I made a mistake on my part and did not have my social security card. We had to go back and sign what they said was the "exact" same paperwork we signed earlier, so we did not check it too carefully. You are not really encouraged to read through the paperwork because you sign it virtually and it has size 3 font. It turns out the second batch of paperwork was through Code Credit Union, and somehow we got locked in to paying through them without knowing. We found out that they were the ones doing our loan because we had to go back a third time to sign paperwork to make an account with them. The dealership told us it was too late to change and we would have to refinance in the future. The payments are 40 dollars more than with the original bank. Also, if they want you to compare your bank's rate to Code Credit Union's rate you should know that your credit score takes a ding, even though they say it will not reflect on your credit score. I don't know if this bank error was due to malice, incompetence, or a combination of the two, but now I have zero trust in Walker Toyota and will be studying all the paperwork they give me very carefully.

I recently moved to the area and have been in twice so far. Great staff and great work. John Moss was especially kind and helpful. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. He went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. I will absolutely be back again and again thanks to him. Thank you John and Walker Toyota team!
