“Greeted within a few feet of entering store. Took the time to answer some questions I had about a potential heavy strike on a primer. Helped quell my concerns and offered advice on how to work in the springs I had replaced in my Beretta. I didn't feel rushed out of the store and they took their time to make me feel welcomed and had honest feedback. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Didn't have to wait 45 mins in the store to even be acknowledged(Looking at you RangeStop)”
“Had a great experience taking some old jewelry in for appraisal. Ended up walking out with more money than I expected. Also the guys were very easy to work with. I definitely suggest giving these guys a try!”
“Update: the Greendale store sales guys are the best. Super helpful!. They had exactly what I was looking for today and ordered exactly what I wanted for future use. That's why I stopped in here first when I'm looking for something locally.
Always helpful staff. Patient and willing to help you find what you need, not just want they have in stock to sell you.”
“This was my daughters first trip to the range. Everybody there was incredibly helpful and awesome. Richard the RSO was great. He went above and beyond and it made for a great and memorable father daughter day. TOP notch service.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Jason guiding me through the process of everything i needed to purchase. He was very helpful, informative, and very knowledgeable.”
“Noah was extremely helpful and informative helping me pick out a pair of shoes. The lady at the cash register asked several employees to help me in the shoe department and Noah was the only one that volunteered. It was my third time there and finally I found the right shoes thanks to Noah. I would recommend him to anyone shopping at this location that may need assistance. Thanks Noah.”
