I guess you need an appointment to deposit to your checking account. No tellers. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes finally a teller shows up. You think he waits on me? No he starts counting his drawer. I have never been ignored in my own bank before

Some of the nicest tellers I’ve ever met they make you feel welcome. I love this location. Too bad some of the customers that come in are so rude.

Great bank. I’ve been to some other locations that were bad experiences but the Workers are Always polite and helpful even when they are busy and close to closing time at this location. I go out of my way to go to this one

Hours are ridiculous, lobby is closed and there’s always a line in the drive thru that moves slower than molasses no matter the time of the day! Unacceptable, changing banks!

Great bank unless you need any money or good customer service. Go into the bank to try and withdraw 4000 dollars and they do t have it. So I order it and tell them I’ll be back next Saturday. Come back today and “sorry but we don’t have that kind of money”. First off, the fact that my bank cant get me 4000 dollars without ordering it seems crazy to me. Then the fact that they say they will do it and waste my time on a second trip is beyond frustrating. Needless to say I will be downsizing how much money I keep at US Bank moving forward. And definitely will not waste my time going to Miamitown branch again.

I can't say enough about the warmth and helpfulness of the team at this branch. I was setting up an estate account and manager John Burden and banker Jessica Wilson went above and beyond to help me from long distance and when I was in town. They are kind, courteous, and extraordinarily thoughtful. It's rare to find customer service like this in a big corporate bank, or anywhere these days. I highly recommend banking at this location
