Ugh, I ordered a product from a seller that uses this post office & their sorting facility. My package has been with the postal service since Aug 26th and it’s Sept 5th with no movement or updates. The seller insists it’s been shipped & unfortunately stuck at the sorting facility. Per the seller, when an item is in pre-transit, it can’t be tracked.

Worst service ever!! I have had packages sitting for days without being put in box. I complained to postal service about the cleanliness, which was awful, and it took weeks for it to be clean.No parking allowed in rear, only employees. I been going there for over 40 yrs and it got bad in last ten yrs.

Old blue lost 3 different packages from 3 different drops offs of mine. failed to be scanned into the system, got thrown in a bin and off to the opposite side of the country they went only to materialize a month later in the wrong state after eBay refunds had already been issued. When I questioned blue hair about the missing packages she IMMEDIATELY got defensive, there's just NO WAY it could be her fault? Why would anyone blame the only front desk employee at this location? The one that takes everyone's packages and loses them?wanna say I'm glad I'm not the only one it's happened to but it shouldn't be happening at all, maybe the postmaster should look into this?

Well I’m Glad to hear I’m not the only one that feels this way about Miamitown Post Office and the blue haired lady that is there I get so tired of getting text that my package has been delivered to my P.O. Box and when I check it there’s nothing one time I waited 6 days and she still did not put it in my box I get a yesterday about another package delivered and I go there tonight and again NOTHING IN MY BOX If you want a package you have to make a special trip there open and I work the hours they are open and ask if you have a package behind the wall that’s usually stacked up with packages and she happily says YES AND GRABS YOU PACKAGE YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT DAYS AGO . I barely and I mean barely even receive any mail at all I don’t even get junk mail nothing and if I do it’s 1 piece and that’s about every 2 weeks REALLY .I mailed myself something from Hamilton and it took 2 in ahalf weeks to be put in my mailbox .
COUGHT HER SENDING MY MAIL WITH MY ADDRESS AND P.O. BOX ON IT BACK TO SENDER AND IT WAS A VERY IMPORTANT PIECE OF MAIL ACTUALLY A CHECK AND THE PLACE CALLED me and said everytime I send you something they send it back FOR NO REASON AT ALL I REPORTED IT AND NOTHING EVERYTIME I GET WE WILL TALK TO HER …REALLY! WHEN I ASKED HER she knew exactly what I was talking about . I don’t even go up there unless I get a text because why I never get mail but it’s funny curtain people get a box full junk mail and all it’s ridiculous and no one will do anything about it everyone I know feels the same way I do it’s sad if you don’t like your job and can’t do it then quit damn this is getting so old .

I’ve been using this post office for 3 years and haven’t had a single issue. I send certified mail every couple months and they were kind enough to give me a small stack of slips to use so I can fill them out at home. I sell a few items online and they get shipped out quickly. Service is relatively fast compared to most other post offices I’ve used. Great little post office.

I've been going to this post office for little over a year now and I've had zero problems so far. I've only seen one staff member and they are just fine. I don't know if there are more though. I think I only has 1 issue there and it was fixed immediately!

My only issue is not exactly with them. I received a text message that a package was delivered to my po box but it was not. And the clerk told me they never received it from whoever dropped it off. If it's dropped off by someone else, there isn't much they can do. They partner with UPS and I don't like that. Maybe there are communication issues between them. As for their service, it's been great. The woman with the blue hair is really nice and she does what she can.

I don't know who the blue haired thing was that was working there... Worst attitude ever, no wonder the USPS is failing. Between the service and lost packages its amazing anyone would still use them.Every time i mail something from this location there is a problem. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Currently a $700 package missing. Theft is rampant in the USPS in Cincinnati- don't know why i trusted them with my item

Used to be a normal USPS but recently I have dropped off *customer* packages and they have not shipped them out until 4-5 days AFTER I dropped them off. The most recent package I dropped off has been waiting a week and counting to just simply be shipped out. Is this a real USPS? I paid for 4-5 day shipping and it hasn't even moved buildings at that mark. If you have to ship here get a receipt!!

We moved 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my mail!! So the mail lady leaves a note if I do NOT fill her paper out she’s not leaving my mail so I shouldn’t have because I done mY change of address but I did and guess what she still didn’t leave any mail today ? i lové hope skip and a jump from the miamitown post office so believe I will be stopping in there today because I’ve called two days in a row and get no where

Rude!! Apparently she hated her job. She had to actually Suggest a box and do her job and was rolling her eyes huffing and slapping things down.The young girl that is usually there is so helpful but the old woman needs customer service training
