“The employees are above & and beyond helpful. I usually use the self-serve machine here- I'm pretty anxious and prefer the least interaction. But this time the machine locked up on me and wouldn't print my label. I timidly asked for some help and received great service. Two workers really tried to get the machine to print the label, and while they were able to get it to print a receipt, the label was bunk. One of them then helped me fill out a refund form and re-purchase the label I needed. I've never needed customer service at this location before (again- self serve machine!) but I was impressed and left satisfied”
“One of the few great places left in Green. As the city is becoming so overcrowded, with horrible traffic and rude people, this is one of the few places I still enjoy patronizing. Always greeted with a smile, as well as fast, friendly, knowledgeable assistance. Yes, it's small, which is probably why it's one of the post offices that still provides top-notch service. Thank you!”
“Very nice people but the corporate post office makes them use terrible open times. Who closes a post office for the day at 1pm? How in the world can the employees make a living working those hours. They are lucky to have any employees.”

“Jordy helped me through a complicated multi step transaction I needed to do to send things for work. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also not afraid to get assistance when needed, and his coworkers matched his previously mentioned positive attributes. Despite me requiring a lot of his effort and even more of his time he was able to get me all taken care of in as quick a fashion as possible. All with a friendly demeanor, despite me coming in with a headache of a request on an already very busy post-holiday business day. I throughly appreciate it and will be returning to this location with any of my future postal needs. Thanks guys! 10/10”
“I am amazed at the services I received. I have lived in Louisville most of my life, yesterday I woke up with my mailbox down along with 3 others. I was not here to sign for a package, so I had to go to the post office anyways. While there I was treated so respectfully, the man got the Postmaster to help me. He was so nice and helpful with my "missing package" but I am not too worried about it because they always treated us amazingly, even when we had to evict a mouse in our mailbox! Today, I got a message from Amazon USPS stating they were unable to deliver a package due to not being able to get to the mailbox. This package was a TWIN MATTRESS. Unfortunately, the only number on google was a 1800 number. I called and spoke with customer service and they said they would put in a ticket stating to drop it off even if the mailbox is down. Do you know what happened? The Postmaster I spoke with the day prior called me and explained why the package was not delivered because it is how things are coded (which is important this is the USPS and they should follow protocol.) He found out what the package was and asked if he could drop it off so my daughter could have her mattress tonight! I can't even explain how happy I am with this post office, I can not thank him enough! You made my daughter's night with her new mattress! Because of you, she is now in her BIG girl bed tonight! God Bless.”

“At first I was upset about Greentown not delivering mail, but I love coming here. Dawn always s takes care of me, when I was out of town and my box filled up she took care and collected it without complaint.”
“This place is only for PO boxes they do not take packages and they do not deliver packages out of that branch that is why you're not getting your stuff mailed it's not supposed to be going through there for 7 years it's been that way I called and I talked to the guy that runs the place so if your items go to this building you need to check your main post office”
“6/24/25 4:35 pm Young lady named DEE was so helpful with my passport, this was the 3rd post office I came to and I came in last minute with my 5 year old son,she kept him busy while I filled out all my paperwork,SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND of what she had to do,this post office is very lucky to have an very helpful employee like that,I so very grateful for her help(The Miller Family)”
