Went to the store for the first time on December 9th, 2025. The customer service was fantastic. Iβve been a CPAP user for almost 20 years and needed to update some equipment. The service I received was absolutely excellent. -The best Iβve ever received!! They explained all of the equipment, how it works, updated my mask and was able to answer every single question. I highly recommend this store for all your CPAP supplies.

I wasn't trying to be mean but this pillow is way too thick I wish I will you let me look at it to unravel it so I can see it's very thick to get on my mother and me wasted $40 some dollars on his pillow hurts my neck and it's garbage Spades of spade I try moving it down and it's still so thick in thick on the back it's like 10 in thick almost if I would have seen it up front and actually remove the box I would have said no I put a t-shirt over it

Was they today to get new head gear and nasal pillow, of course I got one on Amazon which was completely wrong. I have no clue what I needed. The lady that helped me was so patient with me and super nice.

We stopped in to the store in Rocky River to see what portable/travel size cpap machines they carry. Iβve used my cpap for over 10 years and since we retired we have increased our travel a lot. I had seen ads for the Transcend micro unit and hoped they had one to look at and get info on. They had a demo unit and I could hold it and get a good feel for it. The lady running the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. We talked for 30 minutes. No pressure at all. I told her I would be back with my prescription. I went back a week later with the prescription and she ordered the unit and said it would be in in a few days. When the unit came in a man called and said I could come pick it up. He was also very pleasant and went through the box showing me the parts and how they fit. Iβve taken the unit on 2 trips since then and it works perfectly. I highly recommend the unit and the store.

Excellent customer service! I was very surprised when I was unexpectedly contacted by CPAP EquipSource concerning an issue I had been having a few days prior with a new travel machine and mask. They wanted to make sure everything was working properly. I eventually went back to the store where my issue was addressed and fixed with a smile and personal attention so lacking in today's business world. I highly recommend CPAP EquipSource for your CPAP needs.

Unbelievable service. My 10 year old CPAP motor was done. I needed a new one quick. I figured I would have to order a new one and go without for a week or two. I decided to see how long it would take to get one and called the doctor to have her get me one. She told me to go to CPAP EquipSource, they could get me one quicker. So I did go there. What a great place! As soon as I was in the door I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Margarita. Such a genuinely pleasant person!! I told her I needed to order a new Airsense11 machine. She said no need to order, I have them in stock. She went back, got one and completely set it up for me, asked me about every set-up option the machine offered, and completed the setup in several minutes. The entire process was maybe 10 minutes. I recommend this family-owned establishment wholeheartedly. I never expected replacing an old CPAP could be an enjoyable experience, but it was TOTALLY!

My CPAP machine broke on vacation and they had the part I needed in stock. They were extremely helpful and put it into a safe box for me to collect after they had closed as I couldnβt get there in time. Highly recommended!!

I first contacted CPAP EquipSource because of an emergency. I have been an apnea patient for over 15 years, and my ResMed machine was telling me that it was about to exceed its motor life. I called the store and explained that I needed a new machine, fast. Staff member Rose was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took all my information and explained my options. I then had my physician fax an order to the store. And my new machine was ready, programmed with the settings I needed, the very next day! Unfortunately, I was not used to the new machine, so the first night I had problems. Again I contacted Rose and her colleague Miguel. They immediately helped me to fix the problems I was having. By the second night with the new machine, everything worked flawlessly. Based on my experience, I highly recommend CPAP EquipSource. It provided one of the very best and easiest transactions I have ever had. The store stocks everything needed for apnea patients, and, importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly, comprehensively knowledgeable, and unbelievably fast with response. My profound thanks to CPAP EquipSource. I regret that five stars is the highest rating I can give: it deserves at least ten!!

This place made me cry and gave me hope. I came home late one night to my dog chewing on my mask. I looked and called everywhere I could think of. While sitting there lost in my head wondering how I'm going to sleep. My wife somehow got in contact with the location and they had the mask and had my size. I cried on the way there and after getting my mask left full of hope that the owners understood after-hours emergencies. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
