Our non profit non compensated charity @Rise In Love has been a renter at the Middleburg Hts CubeSmart for many years. Rondee the manager is professional, respectful, and always is very nice. She takes the time and patience explaining everything that I have questions on. We house many of our supplies there and furniture to help families in need in our surrounding communities. What a great help they are. Thank You.

They directed me to complete the contract online. I had asked for the quote to start on July 7 with a started my contract on July 1. This is a full week before I was able to use it. Basically charging me for 25% more than I had agreed for since I couldn’t use it for a full week.

Rondae helped me out a lot, had some technical issues, resolved quickly, her training with her new employee was great as well. Would recommend. If anything breaks they fix it, and they let you know about the policies.

I needed another unit and they were able to assist with this and I was moving my stuff in the same day I requested it.
