Terrible service. My doctor ordered new medication and refill, which I'm out of now, because their website refuses to do delivery and when I called to have it corrected, they canceled my order and told me to come in, during the holidays and pandemic. I also cannot leave home right now due to my disorder. Customer service is also rude. If my employer didn't force us to use CVS for prescriptions, I'd get my meds elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Showed up for testing for my daughter so she could return to school and me to work. Scheduled online came to location and NO ONE ever came out. Went around to the pharmacy to ask what was going on and was told to just park in the front where i just came from. After 30 mins past my testing time I went in and was told the person was not there for testing. Now I'm missing work, have to find another place to get quick testing and waisted my gas and time because they dont have the common curtiousy to let people know that no one is there to test. Dont let people schedule online if thats the case!!!

Not all, but several rude workers in the pharmacy, NO BUSINESS doing COVID testing at the drive thru when you have people trying to get prescriptions, AND LEARN HOW TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!!! Important pharmacy matter and I waited 20 minutes and had to hang up. No one ever answered!

They should not have Covid testing in the drive thru. Takes way to long and people are thereto pick up scripts if my insurance gave me a choice. I would find another pharmacy

The pharmacy by my house could not fill my prescription for a couple of days so I had my doctor re direct the prescription to this CVS which is by my work. The pharmacist said her system shows that it had already been filled elsewhere so got the other pharmacy on the phone. That pharmacist said that they would be happy to clear this up by speaking directly to the CVS pharmacist,however the pharmacist in CVS said that it didn't matter what happened, because her computer shows it was filled and dismissed me. A phone conversation was too much to ask of her, apparently.

Only one issue with this CVS, but for me, it's been a frequent one this year. Regarding the pharmacy - for the last few months, if I try to call in to the pharmacist, I sit on hold for a while and eventually hang up because no one answers the line. Typically I give up around 10-15 minutes, and it's been consistent. No other complaints about this location.
