On the website it says that they do drug testing from 8am to 5:30pm. I went to my appointment that was scheduled at 4pm and they told me that they do drug test from 8 to 2 every day. Staff it’s rude and unprofessional. It looks like a trashy place.

Nurse cancelled on my client then didn't bother to update the notes or reschedule. Use Apps if you're in Cleveland.

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful. They turned me away because I arrived at 4:50pm to have blood drawn when they close at 5pm. If you can't do your job until closing time then don't advertise that you close at 5pm when you really close earlier.
