Started with Jeff who may be the best person on the planet, but his coworker tapped him out for some reason. She’s extremely condescending and provided me with one more negative experience. It defies logic that this is a consistent experience with customers and nothing changes.

DRIVER TOOK A PICTURE AND SAID TRIED TO DELIVER .I WAS LITERALLY HOME WAITING PICTURE WAS NOT EVEN MY LOCATION ! I CALL FEDEX THEY TELL ME ITS IN RICHFIELD I GET TO RICHFIELD THEN THEY TELL ME ITS AT THE MIDDLEBURG ON ENGLE RD LOCATION! SO I GO TO MIDDLEBURG AT 7pm 8-11-25 NOW IM TOLD PACKAGE IS ALSO NOT THERE AND THEY CANT SEE BY THE TRACKING # IF ITS ON TRUCK I MEAN THEY CLOSE AT 8:15 SO COULD OF TOOK MY # OR SHOWED SOME KIND OF EMPATHY! I SHOULD OF PUT GUY ON SPEAKER I TALK TO AT RICHFIELD! ANYONE WAITING ON A $1500 DOLLAR IPHONE FROM VERIZON WOULD BE CONCERNED! THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH MULTIPLE EXPENSIVE PACKAGES THAT HAVE WENT THROUGH FEDEX! THEY LIE NEVER EVEN COME TO YOUR LOCATION AND TAKE FAKE PICTURES AND LEAVE NO DOOR TAG AND RUDE I PREFER UPS OR USPS OR AMAZON YOU EVEN HAVE THE LUXURY OF TRACKING WITH THESE OTHER BUSINESSES AND WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE SO RUDE IM TALKING TO A LADY AND THE OTHER LADY GETS IN OUR CONVERSATION AND SAYS NO SHE CANT TRACK YOUR PACKAGE JEESH AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COST HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Sold an item on ebay for 30 bucks paid 21 bucks at fed ex to ship it, not happy. Fed ex guy was nice, very informative on shipping.

I wanted to let you know how great my service was on Wed July 9th at about 330 pm. I had six awkward sized boxes to ship your gentleman at the counter was the best. He was helpful to get the boxes ready to ship he was very pleasant and professional the entire time. I also watched how he was with customers in front of me and he made each feel helped and satisfied. You have good person at the location in middleburgh .

This review is to inform fedex that Jeffrey is a customer service allstar. He needs to be training new hires as well as continuing Ed for current employees no matter their position. First off this guy is genuine. I was so impressed, I fiddled around the store after he helped locate a package that took some digging to find. Jeffery legit enjoyed navigating me through the process of troubleshooting. Wasn’t just me either. Every single person after me had the same experience. You can tell when someone doesn’t want to be present. They give you attitude to the extend that everyone dreds doing this stuff in person. When a customer service agent ENJOYS solving problems and has the personality that gains your trust within seconds. My review is 100% authentic. If fed ex fails to acknowledge the caliber of excellence this man operates on, his next opportunity will not. Listen. I watched dude bust out a small note book and take down friggin notes to help and follow up with a customer to make sure her issue got resolved. Sheesh. Hats off Jeffery!
