Just no. Spend the extra money and find a salon. Figured I could take my daughter for a fairly simple cut, walked out thinking it was mostly ok, but definitely not what we asked for. Went to do her hair this morning and found out it's so butchered!! On top of going way off picture, it was so uneven! Thank God my kid has wonderful self esteem, she's gonna need it.

Look, I already hate getting my hair cut so I do it about once every two months. Usually I don't mind, I just want it thinned out. But instead of asking how I want it done, Tara proceeded to ask me asked me if I wanted it square or rounded in the back and if I wanted it cut out around my ears. Then proceeded to walk away and help on another customer's cur for a while. When she eventually returned she purely went off of old notes and didn't ask me a thing. She then proceeded to manhandle my head for half an hour, seemingly grabbing at my hair whenever convenient. I nearly got a finger in my eye. She expressed surprise when I told her what I do with my bangs saying that's not what the notes said. She would have known this if she asked anything else. For all I know those notes were for someone else. I'll be keeping my cap on for a while. It feels uneven on the sides.

I went into Great Clips yesterday to just get my hair trimmed. I expressed to the lady repeatedly that I am growing my hair and I just want A trim no more than an inch maybe two taken off. My hair is down the middle of my back. My hair is thinning and I’m working on trying to having growth. The lady talked excessively seemed a little on something. Chopped my hair, so fast with layers that my hair is to my shoulders. I am absolutely devastated. My son‘s graduation is in a month and a half and I look like a clown. I am considering on getting my family law firm to take action. I would highly suggest not to walk into this hair salon If you don’t want your hair destroyed. By the way, I was taken right away and it still took an hour and 15 minutes to cut my hair and my son’s hair and my son’s hair is destroyed And he had to go to school like that today. I would love the owner to reach out to me personally so we can talk about this or I will take it further.

Emma did an incredible job on my haircut! She took the time to listen and made sure every detail was perfect. I definitely would recommend her for anyone who wants a stylist that pays attention to detail and delivers amazing results.

Showed picture of desired haircut and the lady just chopped me up super short. Nothing like the picture I showed. Don’t bother with this place. I would have done a way better job cutting my own hair. Waste of $25.
